Most of the time food is consistent and standard McDonald's quality. The restaurant has what we call their A and B teams. When... the B team is working, the food quality degrades a bit as well as the customer service. Their A team rocks! I brought two quarter pounders and two large fries. My quarter pounders Pattie?s were under cooked, very very red in the inside... .. it look like they just let the sides get brown enough to slap on the buns and sold it to me just like that.. I called thisparticular Mc Donalds to speak with management because I was unable to go back there for an refund.. After I seen that uncookedI lost my appetite I didn?t want anything else from there. I called at least 20 times back to back and no one answered thephone.. I find it to be very inconvenient to me to have to waste my gas and money because someone isn?t doing there job.. ucan?t sale the ppl uncooked items.. if I get sick I will sue.. You would think if I call someone would answer to solve theproblem but no one never answered ? Bring back the old team. This was the best McDonalds in the metro area until they got this new crew. They are rude and... unprofessional. You request well done food and are willing to wait for it, but still get cold food. I broke off the pattie tosee if it was hot....it was not. They took it back. When they returned they had given me the same burger with the broke offpattie. I asked for a manager. She said she would fix it. 20 minutes later, the burger was still cold. This is sad McDonalds.How can you be a food employee and serve cold food? I'm more than sure you wouldn't want cold food. Read more
I would give this McDonald's 5+ stars for an actual hot well constructed Big Mac Meal. Best ive had. Instead i took a star away... because of being yelled at across the room to order by the kiosk and when i went up to pay the person at the cash register sayZERO words. I found a parasite in my meat. They said they find it in the meat all the time and its a binder. They are so ghetto and... disgusting. They told me to just finish eating my sandwich. Wouldn't issue a refund, only a replacement. Hood rats! After seeingthese reviews I will not eat from them again! Read more
Wish I could give them no stars but not an option. This is the most unorganized McDonald's I ever been to! It took 25 minutes to... get our food then another 20 minutes to get our drinks, a total of a 45 minute wait. On top of that some of the employees werereally rude, not all some just ignored us and a couple were friendly. Do yourself a favor and skip this McDonald's! Read more
