Employees were not friendly and actually rude to my wife when she asked for sauce and napkins. The soft drink fountain had flat ... or no carbonated water so our soft drinks were horrible and the nacho chips were stale. When we were leaving I wanted to let themanager know about the carbonation and chips and her response was??ok?.? Wow! Place is being run by teenagers at night who just run their mouths when people return with wrong orders. I did work here a while... ago and they were just as bad to work with. Stopped at Taco Bell as I heard some good things about it from fellow Latin Americans, specifically Mexicans. This was on the... way to my hotel after a very long day of driving from Reno to Portland. The drive through line was slow, mostly because ofservice partly because peeps are on their phones while at the drive through and don?t see it?s their turn to advance. I orderedthe Gordita special which comes with a hard- shelled taco and a crunchy taco inside a soft flour tortilla shell (can?t rememberthe name) taste-wise, it was very good. Unfortunately it took me a while to get to my hotel room so by that time everything wassoft and soggy so not too appetizing to the eyes and hands. The problem was the night and morning after. I definitely recommendTaco Bell, just not late at night. I had stomach issues until the next morning. I go age this location a three because of theslow service but good taste. Our food was excellent. The order was correct and still hot. The sodas were perfect, didn't have sierra mist in stock, but the... baja blast serviced nicely. The employee was friendly, and the wait wasn't bad at all. Great quick bite. Loved the outdoorbanners. Only reason I took a star away, out of the literal last 10 orders of cinnamon twists.... The staff Rachel and her boss that is there right now on 2/18/22 we?re very rude when I drove back around and requested they... remake my order. There was also food missing from my bag. They overcharged me as well. But when I showed them my tacos andexpressed my concerns and told the manager my sugar was getting low.
