I'm so sorry you all had a bad experience at Starbucks. I used to work at Safeway. If you want to report any of the workers,... you'll need to do a comment. card on the person who gave you a bad impression. And that way it will get put in that person'semployment record. Management always read those. They give all the employees who work at Safeway an attitude too. In myopinion, I do believe it's a maturity thing. Most of the workers at Starbucks are young. And if you were to let management know, they would be all over it. And they'll say something to the employee the next time they are working. It's a huge thing tomanagement. But they won't always see it happen. A lot of the employees don't like to get they're name brought into a complaint. And there is some of the employees who really like their job and won't be rude to you. Sometimes, the workers atStarbucks and Safeway don't like you. So, please don't ever feel like you should or shouldn't complain.Its The only way to makesure it does happen, you'll have to let them know someway what they're doing. Anyway.... I honestly hope you're going to dothis. No one should be treated poorly anyway. This location has been horrible for a few years now. No matter what time of day, they are rude, unwelcoming and Sloppy. My... favorite example is this, one time the employee 'handed' me my coffee while she was physically facing the other way, not evenlooking to see if I was ready, let alone acknowledge me as a person. She was already on to her next task before being done withme and didn't bother with any 'thanks, have a good day or Anything, just silence. Another gal spilled my wife's drink, poor wifefeels bad for her, tries to help, gets attitude. WHAT'S UP STARBUCKS??!! WHAT'S UP SAFEWAY??!! DONT YOU CARE ABOUT THISLOCATION??!! I see bad review upon bad review and still no atention to the One Major Issue, customer service.
