Went to Popeyes and saw this $6 special banner on the window (picture enclosed). We went to order it at the drive thru window... and the employee thought we were losing our mind when we ordered it. We told him it was the sign posted on the window. He statedthey do not have that item and had no clue what we were talking about. We told him the flyer was on their front window by thedoor. He swore up and down that it wasn?t telling us ?there is no sign on the window?. Maybe someone could show him my pictureof it since he didn?t know it was up there. Annoying but it?s whatever. Girl at the window with glasses tonight at 10:30pm 7/3/22 could work on better customer service, hadn?t been to Popeyes in a... while and definitely won?t be coming back either. This places quality used to be poor, but recently there must be new management or something. The food quality is up and wait... times are down. The tenders taste much better. I think they might be actually sifting the flour regularly and tossing oldtenders out, as well as prepping enough food for a drive through. Read more
Ordered through ?doordash? app. Nearly choked on the object in picture. Seemed like some packaging wire or something? Definitely... caught me off guard. I called the restaurant to inform the ?manager? (who seemed clueless and not helpful) incase more of thisobject was in their coleslaw. Accidents happen, but this is unacceptable. I ordered on the mobile app. Arrived at the appointed time and order was not ready. I noticed that there were at least a 100... pieces of chicken already prepared in their bin. The employee grabbed the oldest prepared chicken which turned out to be coldand wet. Smallest chicken drumstick I have ever seen. chicken pieces are all batter with little meat. Coleslaw was warm andsmelled rancid. Threw the food in trash and went to another chicken place that pays homage to Kentucky. Way better price,chicken was hot and cripy, coleslaw was cold. I would not recommend Popeyes at all. Read more
Employee did not know the difference white and dark meat combinations. Chicken was a little too old. For the price I would go to... Safeway or Albertsons to get their fried chicken. It would have been a lot less expensive. Plus Safeway's coleslaw is a lot morefresh. Read more
