Placed a to-go order tonight, ordered Portland Dip with a cup of clam chowder. When my wife arrived home with the food, the... Portland Dip did not have the au jus and there was no soup. This has happened before when I ordered through Door Dash, but Iassumed the delivery driver messed up. Tonight, I called the restaurant and they re-made the order. When we went back to pick upthe food, I double-checked the bag before we left the parking lot. They had once again forgotten the au jus for the PortlandDip. I had to go back in the restaurant and ask them to complete the meal as ordered. I barely got an apology and there was noattempt to make up for the waste of my time and gas to drive back. Just went with a whole high school baseball team on a Sunday afternoon. I can't say enough about the staff. They are short... staffed like everyone else but took care of our large group so well, water and drinks out quick and food much faster thanexpected. Everyone enjoyed a great meal between games because they did such an amazing job. Read more

So.... this was my first time at McMenamins! Such a fun and exciting spot to eat! Our server was awesome and explained the drink... menu and Happy hour options. We had such a great experience. Food came really fast! And was absolutely delicious!! I wouldhighly recommend this spot, I'm so sorry I didn't get our servers name but her hair was Green and she was perfect! Really niceto our kids and kept checking in on us. I really appreciate a great server it really made the experience top notch! Willdefinitely be returning! Read more

First I will say the Black Rabbit is definitely worth a five star rating in itself, but unfortunately the majority of the eating... around the location, drags the rating to three stars. With the exception of the black rabbit, the majority of the eating aroundthe locations is far from worth the visit. With such great views and great atmosphere, you would hope for some out of this worldfood. The food sinks just below from what you would find at a basic bar, bland and no real wow factor. I feel sorry for thecooks because I bet they could come up with some amazing simple meals that would fit the location. The service, though nice andfriendly, was a little on the slow side, as was getting the meals out. I will continue to go to this location for the greatatmosphere, music, scenery and the black rabbit, but I can only hope one day, with resources provided, that the dining aroundthe location will begin to provide a more wow factor. I'm so glad it's getting nice enough to eat at my local McMenamins' outside tables! They still have great food, but I noticed... they now have a lot more super delicious beer and cider options, which of course makes me happy. The service there yesterday wasgreat, and some of the same staff are still there. I will visit as frequently as I can to continue supporting them. Oh, and wesaw a sign for weekly growler specials, so I'm gonna get mine filled soon. Read more
