This is my neighborhood mcdonalds and unfortunately keep hiring people that aren't able to complete orders or make eye contact.... After working at mcdonalds, with my experience, I have noticed your crew is consistently missing items, they don't give youreceipts you're owed, and the food items are not properly put together. If you're not willing to hire people with experiencethen train proper managers to oversee the store. My ex boss would be axing heads at this location for how bad things are ran. Read more

This is the WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!!!! My daughter and I ordered a hot fudge sundae plain hamburger with ketchup ONLY a Big Mac... with extra pickles and a small fry? ok so they gave us a plain ice cream no hot fudge (really they wanted me to pay for the hotfudge) not my mistake, our hamburger was literally plain 0 ketchup, Big Mac had 1 pickle on it. Seriously we are payingcustomers and when we order something we expect it to be right if not make it right. I myself understand that mistakes happenbut don?t treat us as we are trying to steal products. How about you hire people who care and not just using your establishmentas a paycheck!!! Picked up a medium fry and reached in and had a hair in my fry I only realized after I put in my mouth and pulled it out by the... hair. I called the store and guy treated me like I was making it up. It was very obvious he didn't take it seriously. I don'tappreciate having hair in my food let alone in my mouth. I get you get alot people who lie to get free stuff. What happened to the counter order takers at McDonald's, send there for minutes and no one even looks at you. Then you have to... order at the kiosk and wait 10 more minutes could have sat in the extra long drive through lane and got the same speed ofservice. So as a morbidly obese man that feels that McDonald's is the only place to eat all over this country I might have a good ... Background on judging a McDonald's. This one is middle of the road, comma it has common problems such problems such as afailure of its computer payment system, and the ice cream machine like any other is usually dead. The food during the weekdayis of average quality of a McDonald's which is what you're paying for, However do try to avoid this place on a weekend. The foodis very poorly made it and service will be grinding to a halt usually on a Saturday. I also ended up having to take my child tothe doctor because she drank expired milk that was handed to us. I didn't think I need to check the milk there giving with happymeals, but here we are so 5 star weekday service, 1 star weekend food poisoning your child . Read more
I decided to come and try the new BLT quarter pounder burger and when I got back to work I open the box and it was not what I... paid for. on the menu it had lettuce and some other vegetables and a second patty.
