Two main concerns having to do with hygiene. First, the young women taking the orders at the registrar was eating, while... fulfilling orders and handing out the orders. While she was collecting cash, a customer asked for more items from the salsa bar.She left the cash on the prep table, sliced cucumbers, and replenished the salsa items. Upon her return she hand the cash to thecook in exchange for smaller bills. The issue I had was noticing how the cook, went to the sink dipped his hands in the runningwater and returned immediately to handle my food.
