Really overpriced hotel for what it is. We got a deluxe king room for 1 night and i can say ive seen holiday inns with nicer... rooms. The TV in our room was broken and there were cracks in the walls. When we asked for someone to come fix the TV, the ladyat the front desk looked at us like we were being very inconvenient. The restaurant served really good food, but their fridgebroke that day and we could only chose from the lunch menu instead of dinner items. Their spas are outdoors which is fine, butyou need to stick a broom in the door so you do not lock yourself out. Not the luxury hotel we thought we were staying at. Read more

I visited the restaurant for brunch and it was delicious. Special thanks for a warm welcome from Angelo at the entrance. Also... many thanks to Faith who was serving us. She took good care of us and she is all smiles. Thanks again for the greatservice. The area is splendid with the green hills, the lake?The terrace is gorgeous and offers a beautiful view. An excellent family hotel in a magical setting. We -incl. our dog- stayed 4 nights, we will return for sure! It?s right at a... lake with pedal boats/boards/kayak etc ? plus indoor pool, hot tubs, gym, tennis court the list of amenities is endless. Gabrielle at reception was the best! She went really the extra miles to solve any issues. This hotel has the best staff we have... ever seen. Never before me and my wife have been impressed that much about service we received at an hotel. Gabrielle has a bigrole in this! Plus the location is gorgeous. Although the hotel is nestled in a beautiful tranquilizing location, and the staff at reception and restaurants are nice and... very friendly, the management is rude and unhelpful. I called to express a concern over roaming dogs in the hotel without aleash, even in the restaurant!!. The manager disregarded my concern and basically told me they don't care, and it's up to me todeal with it. I explained that I understood the hotel was pet-friendly but I wondered if it was ok with them that dogs are leftunleashed in the restaurant . I asked if they are going to do anything about it, and the answer was a blunt no. It is one thingto violate a code, but the way my concern was answered is another level of bad customer service. I regret to put a bad reviewafter the wonderful welcome by the front staff and the restaurant, but the manager left me no choice. It's a beautifullocation, but sadly not going back. Read more

If you're expecting the latest in tech, this isn't the place for you. Everything here is from the early 2000s, but everything... WORKS and was taken care of (which is not the case for most hotels/venues). The room's are clean, the entire facility is clean(pool, viewing deck, parking lot, pretty much the whole property). The staff members are super nice! It's a nice gateway and itmakes you forget about the city life (at least while you're there). Thanks again for the great service! Read more

5 stars hands down. Service, food, facilities and rooms are simply amazing. I would recommend for weddings as well as a quite... stay. Pedal boat and kayak are also available at no additional cost. Loved my stay there! EDIT: I would have loved to keep the5 star rating but that 40$ hidden fee at checkout is simply dishonest!
