There is Sonic and then there is Sonic in Arkansas. This is a big deal down here! I've never seen Sonics with playgrounds and... indoor seating. The food was heads and shoulders above what we've had in other states, so I don't know what they are doingdifferent in Arkansas, but keep it up and maybe try expanding it to your nationwide stores. Service can be a little slow, but not for lack of trying by staff. They are typically short staffed. Food is fine for fast food.... Clean bathrooms. Both stalls and drive through are currently open. Read more
Really hate to leave negative reviews but the Greer's Ferry Sonic seriously needs a manager onsite to maintain a minimum... standard of food quality. The young people here are very polite and great servers but the cooked food quality is definitely subpar. Mushy undercooked fries & tots, too salty burgers with virtually no effort in preparation just thrown together super smallhard as rocks beef patties, and onion rings so burned they were almost inedible.
