I?d like to start by saying I?ve been in customer service for 10+ years. What I experienced was highly unacceptable. I arrived... with my family and only 3 tables were seated. 2 of which had just arrived. The other tables were dirty. We waited for the tableto be cleaned finally by lady that was apparently the cook. Then a young man came and took our order on a napkin. Then wenoticed more employees coming from the back. Which one of them took over. We got our drinks. Things just kept getting worse. Weordered all stars but got some of our items one at a time. Husband only got waffle. No silverware until asked. Cold food when itwas brought to the table. I didn?t eat it. It just wasn?t busy enough for the awful service. Enough staff ,just not workingtogether as a team. Passing the buck. Need better leadership in place. We just paid and got food from Chick fil a. They are so rude. I?ve worked in fast food and was a manager for a restaurant so I?m very familiar with the industry. This is... not how you treat customers at all. We came in and was told to have a seat and all the tables were dirty. We sat down anywaysand guess what. Nobody came to take our order didn?t even tell us to wait. THANK YOU DANI! This young lady had been there since 5:30 a.m. when we walked in at 5:15 p.m. It was her (the girls that were... supposed to relieve her didn't show up) and 1 other lady working. As a bartender/ SI worker running on minimal sleep myself, Iknew how she felt! Her exhaustion did not stop her from giving us incredible service and she even helped the lady cooking! Ever heard of the word bussin? Well, come here and get the pork chop if you want somethin' bussin bussin! I went to a fine... dining restaurant and ordered the pork chop a couple weeks ago... that $25+ pork chop doesn't hold a candle to the one here.Moist, seasoned well, tender. Will definitely order again. Heard dirty Waffle House jokes? This one is ran great, staffed well,clean, and just overall a positive experience. YAYYY!! Open 24 hours a day again Food: My favorite All American breakfast for dinner was made THAT much better when Hillary... offered the 50 cent add on of pecans (the blueberry was good too) to my waffle!! ABSOLUTELY NOT an awful WAFFLE!! FOOD: For breakfast perfection indulge yourself with the All Star. The eggs were the epitome of... over well, the biscuit was toasted to buttery goodness, the extra crispy hash browns, and the bacon was so crispy. Then there'sthe waffle - oh yeah (the penultimate breakfast dessert). I top it for butter and grape jelly. Try it sometime (thank melater) Service: ASK for Red the Ragin Cajun. She makes breakfast fun!!! What a love. I felt like my every desire was taken careof. (Again, thank me later) The chef was organized, neat, quick and made some DARN GOOD breakfast grub. ZERO STARS. This was my first visit and I was REFUSED service because I wanted my order to go. There was literally no reason as... to why I couldn?t get my food Togo They were not packed or understaffed in fact I was the only customer there that hadn?t beenserviced The cook/manager told the waitress he was not making Togo orders. Like I wasn?t standing there! They were basicallytrying to force me to dine in which makes no sense. Just put my food in a Togo container and let me leave! Just lazy Read more
