Friendly service, average food. Quite overpriced. One of the few kid friendly places in downtown Greer that offers high chairs,... so that very much appreciated. Nothing else seems to be open on Mondays in downtown Greer. Read more

This was our first time in and we were very impressed. From the size and atmosphere of the restaurant, and the delicious food we... ate. We got a dozen oysters to share and both went with the pecan crusted trout. We will definitely be back again. Read more

Had dinner here a few times, food and drinks are always good. Fish and chips are delicious, large portion. Service was a little... slow on our last visit, they seemed understaffed. We will return though. Read more

Went here for my birthday and was very impressed. We live in the mountains of South Carolina now, being born and bred NYC... residents. I don?t hold high hopes for GREAT seafood in this area, but we were very pleasantly surprised. I usually start withdishes I know through and through. The New England clam chowder was EXCELLENT. I hate it if I order it and the soup is watery, but not here, it was perfect! My wife ordered a crab cake sandwich and she also said it was excellent. For appetizers we hadsome very good oysters Rockefeller, almost as good as I have had in Key West or Cape Cod. My shrimp and grits was very good, shrimp were fresh, grits fantastic. The sauce was just a tad bit spicier than I would have liked, but again, very good. Idefinitely see us coming back to try some other dishes, all in all dinner was great and our server Adriana was quick andattentive. Read more

For a taste of the shore in the Upstate swim right over to Great Bay! FOOD: A-M-A-Z-I-N-G melt in your mouth Oysters (I died... over the Rockefeller and Charred) I also HIGHLY recommend the sushi - the special Cherry Blossom tuna/salmon and Red Dragon wereequally decadent. Atmosphere: Classic downtown Greer style. I love the cozy booths by the wall. The decor is sailing yachtcasual Tommy Bahama. Jeans to Dress is perfect! Service: From hostess, chef, to server was seamless perfection. Classy notpretentious, very relaxing and enjoyable. Location: Heart of Downtown Greer, playing a street parking and peripherallots. Price: more than fair for fresh seafood!!! Nice portion sizes. (The nachos looked amazing, I'm going back to try them andlike ten other things I saw others gobbling up - the fresh salmon entree looked good too) Great Bay made my piscean fins flutter with pure culinary bliss. Enjoy! Tell em you want the oysters because Diane recommended them *wink* Read more

We've really grown to love Great Bay. Solid bar selection, and the food is consistent and good. The raw oysters are prepared... very well, but it'd be silly not to get the Charred Oysters too. Love the fish tacos, the ahi tuna is great, and the ambiencejust makes for a great night. Read more

I Love Oysters! I asked if the oyster Po Boy was made with fresh breaded oysters or frozen and the waitress said fresh. Now my... first thought was, she?ll say anything to make the sale. But damn, it may not be French quarter bread but those oysters wereabsolutely fresh and juicy. I also got onion rings with the Po Boy. Best decision ever. So crispy and so fresh. I willdefinitely return. Read more

This was an amazing place. The service was great. They made you feel like family. Our group had oysters, calamari, sushi,... smothered chicken, hamburger, parmesan fries, and 4 different kinds of dessert..and every bit of it was amazing. Katie was anawesome waitress who was on top of it. We never had to ask for refills and the service was very fast.... and it was a very busyFriday night... and let me not forget the prices were lower then I would have ever imagined. We will definitely be back. Read more
