Cold meat on a hot sub. I don't understand why they keep hiring people that don't know what they are doing. Who eats a cold... chicken bacon ranch? I don't order cold subs I usually get a meatball and that's always cold too. Seriously I live 3 mins fromthis place my food shouldn't be cold when I get home. Im out of chances to give. Ordered a veggie sub online today, picked it up and when I got home to eat it, this is all I had. Absolutely speechless and... ridiculous that the employees could mess this up that bad. Extremely disappointed in this and the subway franchise after this. Read more

If I could put zero stars I would. I placed and online order that my husband picked up for me. We live 30 mins away so when I... noticed the avocado I ordered (that cost extra) was not on my sub I called the store and had and EXTREMELY rude lady tell me shecouldn't help me and to call back later. I called back and got who I was told was the night manager and he gave me the ownersnumber (Rose) who I called and spoke with. She was actually very nice on the phone and actually offered to have a new sub madefor me that had avocado on it the next day. She said she'd leave my name at the checkout desk with that information on it. Myhusband went by the next day and was YELLED at by the older lady that worked there, that screamed at him and told him she wasn'tmaking him a free sub and that Rose didn't say anything to them. I called Rose again she sent me to voicemail. I left a messageand never heard anything back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in this subway. Read more

I have worked nearby this Subway for years, and have picked up through the drive thru many times. I've noticed the manager's... poor customer service and curt/rude way of dealing with people again and again, and often felt bad for the employees having towork in that environment. However, because of the convenience factor, I've continued to eat here on occasion, because I thoughtof it as a healthier option. After today though... I'm done. I went through the drive thru and waited about five minutes withno one coming on the speaker, so I drove around to the window. Didn't think that was a big deal, figured they were just busy. When I got to the window, I ordered a Cali wrap. They didn't ask if I wanted a six-inch or footlong, they just went ahead andmade a footlong, I guess. I realized while waiting that I didn't have my card with me, but I did have $8.00 in cash, which Ifigured would be enough. Y'all, they wanted $13 for a wrap. I told the cashier I only had $8. I asked him if I should justleave, or could the manager work something out? The cashier spoke to the manager and came back to say there was nothing hecould do. I know it wasn't his fault, and that he was just following orders. But I mean... I would've taken just a six-inch? There's nothing you can do to keep a customer? Well, I hate to say it, but I don't think I can eat here again, especially afterall the other awful reviews I just read. There's nothing I can do. ??????????? Read more

This Subway is by far the best one I?ve ever eaten at. It?s super clean the staff is very courteous and friendly. The sandwiches... taste amazing and extremely fresh. They also have my favorite chips Garden Salsa!! A variety of drinks and chips to choose from.Delicious ???? Read more
