This is the 3rd time I have come to this location, and there has been something wrong with my food every single time. This time... there was a white clump of something in my fries. It had an awful smell to it, and when I attempted to pick it up it crumbledall over my food. I wouldn't advise anyone to come to this location even if you were buying something for your dog. They areextremely slow, & the customer service is non-existing. They have a refund without even attempting to make the order correct. Stopped by today after doing an order in the app to get lunch for my kids and myself. Nothing that we received tasted good. The... only thing that was just okay was the churro milkshake. -Everything was cold and crammed into one tiny bag. -The burgerstasted like something out of an elementary school cafeteria and all of the condiments were squished out into the wrapper,coating the buns. -Pickle fries were cold and squishy. -Churros were hard, over fried and oil logged with barely any cinnamonsugar on them. -The mozzarella sticks had been pulled from the fryer way too early and were crammed into a tiny paper bag alongwith a ton of fryer oil and then were smashed into the bottom of the bag. We had to throw them away. -My sons chicken nuggetswere so hard that he could not chew them. They were probably 90% over cooked breading and 10% dry chicken shards. **The icingon the garbage cupcake was when I opened my cranberry limeade cup to find a molded piece of lime. Got a double bacon cheeseburger and it was really big and filling. The lettuce wasn't good though, it was that big & clumpy part... in the middle that no one ever wants to eat. The tots & cherry limeade were good as usual. With Sonic you kinda know what youare getting. Wait a minute, I didn't get my peppermint!???? Read more
I wished that I could give zero stars. Everytime you go there ,they have nothing. Like tonight they said that they was out of... sweet tea and Dr. Pepper,and was they really out. I think they just say that. There ice cream is, always broken. The workers areslow ,slacker and have a bad attitude. Why are y'all still open if y'all have nothing or give bad service. I went here yesterday evening I had got a double bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. The onion rings were okay but the double... bacon cheeseburger was terrible! I used to get there burgers all the time and they were great but at this moment thischeeseburger made my stomach hurt Till the next day! 45 min wait for the order to come out wrong and then to tell me that the ice cream machine is down and not even offer a... substitute drink for the combo I ordered. We just moved back to Greer and we're excited that Sonic was right down the street. This location needs some serious help, when I walked to the door I saw 3 employees playing on their phones. Threw half of my food out. My boyfriends food came out fine, only reason for the 2nd star. The breakfast burrito I got was a... cooked slab of egg (not scrambled as pictured) with a chopped up sausage patty inside. My wings were all breading in sauce.Bottom of the bag. For $30 it was definitely not worth it. It all should have been thrown out and not served. It was probablyworth $5. Disappointed :/ Read more
