We have been coming to this pizza place long enough to be recognized as regulars (2-3 years). We really like the pizza. Not the... best I?ve ever had but definitely the best in our area. We were happy coming here for a long time. Last year they decided tostop answering the phone. There is a prerecorded message that says to order on the website. At first, it was difficult to orderon the website so we had to order through Slice and pay an additional $1 to order. Since then the website was improved and wecan use that to order now. Tonight we went to place our order and kept getting an error message and our order wouldn?t gothrough. Tried through Slice and they said we didn?t meet the minimum order. So we drove there and ordered. I was sitting andwaiting. After awhile I went back up and found my pizza was done and just waiting on the rack. They never let me know. We gothome and the bottom was burnt. I wish I could continue to come here but I?m running out of reasons. Even the points you earnhave been messed up. I?ve spent several hundred dollars here and only received one reward the whole time. The girl who knows usseems to be doing her best but she can?t run the place alone. My family and I love the pizza from this place! The crust is crispy on the bottom and pillowy on the edges, with just the right... amount of chew. The junkyard dog is my favorite pizza. It?s salty and savory and definitely hits the spot. I highly recommendvisiting Kustom Krust whenever you are in the mood for some awesome pizza! Read more

Their Pizza and Calzones are fantastic! I ordered online from their website and it was easy to use. The reason for only 3 stars... is because they no longer have garlic knots and just sub in the garlic sticks. Since I ordered directly off their website, theyshould not have had the knots on their menu. If I?d wanted the flat pizza dough with cheese and garlic sauce, that?s what Iwould have ordered. They could have called to confirm I was happy with the sub instead of just swapping out the knots. Read more

Amazing pizza!!! Not stingy on the toppings at all! Lots of cheese. They make their pizza better than mine (and mine is da... bomb).very clean, outside patio and inside dining. Great customer service. Every Monday we get the pan pizza special. A huge panpizza for $10.00! Thank goodness it's right down the street. Update: the place has gone downhill. The pizza is not the same. IALWAYS get overcharged. They have entitled teenaged brats running the place. Pizza is either undercooked or burnt. Been wanting to try it for the longest but finally had time. The dining room was open so I opted to eat inside. I ordered some... chicken wings (jerk Caribbean); it was pretty good with my ranch sauce, lol. Prices were fair. On a scale of 1-10, I give thepizza an 7.5. It was good enough. The ingredients seemed fresh. I eat at a lot of pizza places so it?s hard to impress me. Idefinitely would eat here again. Kustom Krust is amazing! We got a 12in Kaprese, to share, and it was incredible! The crust was crispy on the bottom with the... perfect amount of chew, the cheese was obviously good quality, and the produce on top was super fresh. It all came together tomake a terrific pizza. We devoured the whole thing! The inside is nicely decorated and really clean, the staff was extremelyfriendly and we got very prompt service, and the restrooms were spotless. We met the owner, Mike, who was checking up on tablesand making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. He was great! We will absolutely be back to try more items, and I highlyencourage everyone to check it out! Read more
