i don?t usually leave bad reviews but this was a bad experience. Insanely slow service. We got there at 10:50 and got seated at... 11. We didn?t get our food until 12:45. The manager could only comp a small amount of the bill. We had super simple meals andthen when our food got there it seemed like it had been sitting out for a while and was cold. When we were checking out, acouple of the workers were complaining about the other workers in front of us and other customers. Definitely will not be comingto ihop again. Ordered Uber eats and this is what I got for $16. This is supposed to be the new turkey and gravy. But what I really got is... gristle this with this watery brown mess which they claim is gravy and this nasty Kraft Mac and cheese with cold broccoli.Definitely wouldn't recommend the turkey. If I can give 0 stars I would! They messed up my order 4 times now so I came here to give my review! I put an online order 3... times and all 3 they forgot my drinks! Did they try to work with me!? NO now I put another online order for pick up and I showup and they give my order away! Ughh food is always cold and they berly fill up our containers of syrups and fruit.This is thelast time! They used to be really good and now I don't know what happened. I don't recommend this location at all. It's best totravel a bit further and go to another. This IHOP was a smaller one for sure, there was definitely a wait and the 2 hostesses seemed to have a hard time figuring out... where to put people, we told them we had a bigger party upon arrival and would be fine if we had to split up tables and afteralmost 30 mins tried checking on where we were and they only put 2 by our name instead of 7 so that became a problem. Edited: Not the worst dining experience, but certainly not the best. You can expect tasty pancakes, waffles, omelets, and a... decent cup of coffee. At this location you can also expect to have long waits for both seating and your food on Saturdays andSundays. This is a great location for an IHOP. The service is really great, too. The building does seem much smaller inside than a... typical IHOP, though. So if you are going with a large crowd our if you are going at a busy time you might have to wait quite awhile before being seated. Read more
Getting a pickup online order, stood and waited for 2 hours. Food never came, I've seen people get up and leave with only part... of their party got food and the rest waited and never got it. I've never seen this location ran so horrible before Read more
