New manager is awful. He is rude and doesn?t care. I called and left a message for district manager to call me back and no... response. I use to come here daily and order for my shop but NEVER again. This place hasn?t had an order right in months. Theonly positive about this place is the younger woman of color that works the drive thru. She cares and always makes sure yourorder is right before you drive off. The rest of the crew I?m not sure about. And when the district office doesn?t even returncalls it goes to show you how much this company cares. Starbucks is my new go to since Dunkin is awful. Read more
To management: the kiosk and drive thru only doesn?t work. Workers spend more time fixing customer requests, everyone is... frustrated, orders are being just thrown together. Stop putting added stress on the manager. Watched more people storm out ofhere out of frustration. Read more

There was one person in front of me when I walked inside to order. They have this online machine now at the counter. So I?m... waiting and waiting and waiting 15 minutes go by, workers walking back and fourth it?s 4 employees behind the counter andworking drive thru. One of the employees finally comes over to say oh honey we asking people to use the machine I stated themachine is for card only correct to make orders? The employee says ?shoot she got cash ? the older lady states oh well it?sgoing to be a minute she has wait cause we short staff. Meanwhile I have already been waiting to order. I just walked off. ThisDunkin Donuts has gotten so bad if not worst!!!!!!! Drive thru line out to the street now with the machine at the counter it?sworst because it?s just like ordering online and then you STILL HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR A CUP OF COFFEE! I'd give all Starbucks a 1 star simply because Dunkin' exists. I don't understand why anyone would spend twice as much for a... smaller drink. Dunkin' is just better all around! This one is well staffed and very quick. I go regularly and sometimes theydon't remove the signs advertising promos. They'd rather throw away a drink than let me pay what the price on their menu says.Not a big deal though. Otherwise, they're fantastic! Read more
Stopped by for an extra tall hot coffee at Greer location and a Bacon Egg & Cheese Bagel for a road trip breakfast. Love my... Dunkin Donuts coffee and breakfast sandwiches! Service was prompt & friendly staff at the drive thru window. Tef Read more
Huge bummer of an experience at this particular Dunkin?. Went through the drive thru with my family and upon arriving home with... our meal, found out they forgot an order of the bacon avocado toast, no big, just ran back out to get it. The wait for this oneorder took longer than getting our first much larger order and not only that, it?s the saddest looking bacon avocado toast I hadever seen or gotten. They didn?t add the sesame salt and I?d say ?toast? lightly, it was barely warm. The service and attitudecould?ve been better all around. Like I said, a huge bummer of an experience here. I go to Dunkin six days a week on my way to work. I order the same drink every time, LG Charlie (which is a cold brew with... caramel & cold foam). It is NEVER made the same way and NEVER tastes the same. I have tried to explain to the staff but I amalways told that is just the way the cold brew is, would I like cream and sugar? NO if I wanted cream & sugar, I would haveordered it that way. I want the drink to be made correctly and taste the same every day. Sometimes it is a creamy brown color,other times it is very light (when cold brew is weak) and other times it is very very black (when cold brew is made too strong).They sometimes stir the caramel, they sometimes don't and it lays in the bottom of the drink. I can stir it but that stirs thecold foam in it and defeats the purpose of the cold foam. Today, it was black, very little caramel in the bottom, obviously notstirred and when I brought it to their attention, I was told that is just the way the cold brew is. YES, that is the way thecold brew is TODAY because it was made too strong. Untrained staff, inconsistency, lack of training, poor customer service. Iknow times are tough and help is hard to find, but when you DO find the help, take the time to train them right so they serveyour customers right and don't treat them like they are the problem. Today, instead of testing the cold brew to see if there wasa problem, the staff decided to stand around the window and stare at me, as I drove off one of the workers told me... HAVE ANICE DAYYYY.
