This is the cleanest, nicest Cookout i've been to, but the location of the restaurant isn't the most convenient and in a heavy... traffic area. One plus is that this is one of the few Cookouts with indoor seating, and their log-cabin style is veryinviting. The food is always amazing, you know you have to get one of their world-famous milkshakes! My go to order is a bigdouble burger tray with fries and cheddar bites. Yum! My only real valid complaint is that this place is staffed almostexclusively by teenagers, and the orders often get messed up (like 50-60% of the time.) They might forget to add something yourequested, or miss an item, or give you the completely wrong order. I will say they are quick to fix it every time. The pricesfor the food are unbelievably low, considering how good everything is. My family and I can eat here for less than $20 and we'renot left hungry. Read more
The first time I tried cook out, I thought it was very meh. I didn't eat there again for several years. One night after a late... night hospital visit, my son and I ate there due to it being the only place open. I am now aware that my first experience was ananomaly. They make great, cheap food. Grilled chicken Cheddar tray no bacon add lettuce? that was my order and this is what I received! Are you kidding me?! There is... NO cheddar, a soggy bottom bun and a boat load of onions THROWN on this so called sandwich. This is disgusting!!! Food is good and fresh but portions are skimpy. I should not be receiving only 4 cheddar bites as my side.
The food was good, and the price is right. Hope took our order, and she was a doll! However, the management (Angel)needs some... training on customer service. We ordered for four people. One of the orders didn't come out with the others. It took 25 minutesto get it, and when it came the container was covered with food on the top and the side was all melted. I brought it to themanager and asked her, "How is this okay?" She got defensive with an attitude and said,"Well do you want a refund or yourfood?" I don't care who's fault it was. It was busy, and it was obvious that she was also busy. But, when did common courtesyand kindness ever stop being a thing. Why couldn't an ,"I'm so sorry, let me get you a fresh one right away" not have been said? It's a sad world when people are just miserable and can't show any kindness to one another. Read more
Let me tell you, the drive thru line wraps around to the street. Food is that good here! But they usually move pretty quickly.... Employees here are very nice and accommodating. Reasonable prices. Will be back! Read more
I'll have to say that when I do eat here, it's occasionally. However, this location did a great job with service and quality.... Have gone back several times since 1st review. Food has gone downhill. Read more
The portion are horrible. We asked for a double and its was one patty cut in half to make it looked like two, the single burger... almost didn?t even had a patty. Customer services is lacking-staff needs training. Read more
