Today my daughter and I had lunch and was completely amazed at our server Dottie. She literally ran the whole restaurant with... the exception of cooking. (Older lady brought out food to the table very nice also) She greeted us at the door. She served usand a total of 4 other tables. I even saw her deliver a curbside orders and had a guest at the bar. She did all of this with asmile on her face. She was also accurate, and attentive. She never seemed overwhelmed or upset . This is to be celebratedespecially in this day and age. We went to the Chili's Grill and Bar up on Wade Hampton in Greer on Sunday around 8pm,. People had to wait quite a while to get... seated. There were several open tables at the bar where we just grabbed one of those and had the bartender waiting on us. Atthis particular location, they were out of several menu items. We ordered the appetizer trio and the seafood Alfredo pasta. Wellthey were out of the pasta and they were out of the fried pickles., The cook in the kitchen even destroyed. Burn to a crisp. Thetwo sliders that came on the trio . We've been to this location several times and they always seem to be out of something andthat's just poor kitchen management.(personally, I would make sure that's his last night at Chili's) I can't remember what ourservers name is but he was from West Virginia so we called him West Virginia. This young man was a Superstar, he was handlingthe bar which was full and he was handling 6 to 10 tables around the bar area In addition to that. He never missed a beat.Always had a smile on his face. Checked back with us to make sure our drinks and food were satisfactory. They were gracious enough to allow our audio team come out and have a sound competition. Everyone that attended said they were... treated like family by the amazing staff, food was great, and if you haven?t checked out the bar?.. you are missing out!! Stopped in today for a quick lunch. Took 25 minutes to get my salad then another 20 minutes to get my sandwich. The restaurant... was not busy as most of the tables had been cleared before I even ordered. Then when the food came I had to get it to go becauseit had been almost a full hour of sitting there. The chicken sandwich had just a drop of buffalo sauce and the breading wassoggy. The staff claimed it was fresh made but I didn?t have time to argue or send it back. Would not have paid for thisnormally. Would definitely not go back during lunch. The staff paid zero attention and only saw my waitress to take my order andthen bring the food in a box after the food runner took it back to the kitchen. Read more

Surprisingly good,cheeseburger plate and Chipotle chicken bowl.Service a little slow with few customers at 1pm on a... Monday Update, 11. Grandson & I went here for lunch. Will not return, 12:45 pm. A little busy, not enough wait staff don'tknow what's in the kitchen. Gs got kids chicken and fries, not that hot. Mine, which I got the trio 2 mini burgers, egg rollsand boneless chicken, came about 30 minutes later and had been sitting under heat lamps too long. Did not eat.
