Out of Dr. Pepper, Sweet Tea has absolutely NO sugar in it... Fries were cold, and Whopper sandwich cold as well, like didn't... even bother to attempt to warm anything. And to think, fast food workers are wanting $15 hr+ Minimum skill=Minimumwage Hoping the franchise owner sees my review and is willing to make changes. This is inexcusable. Read more
I don't normally care to write a review on fast food but I've been here 3x over the past few months and every time the staff are... great and so is the food. They hand you piping hot food, with a kind smile, and get you through quickly. If a fast food jointmakes an impression on you it normally isn't the good kind but not this place. Great location that is very close to the Greenville, Airport. My order was taken fast, delivered correctly - and quickly. The... staff was very helpful in chasing down an expense receipt that I needed for a report, and the MOD took the time, had thepatience to track down my order from August 5th. Excellent customer service. I ordered breakfast from them this morning (chicken biscuit combo and a sweet tea) and my phone was... amazing. Everything was hot. The lady on the mic taking the order was extremely sweet and ensured that everything was correct. Great attitude. She most certainly needs to be promoted to manager if she isn?t already. She was fantastic. The young man whotook my money was kind as well and the gentleman who brought my food to my car was awesome. He ensured that I had the grapejelly and ketchup I requested. Read more
I had excellent service, by an efficient and courteous staff. The person that took my order Latoya Turman, did a great job at... greeting me and taking my order. I ordered dine in, but wanted two milk shakes to go. I paid for all and she brought the twoshakes out to my table, just as I was finishing up. Perfect timing, she cared enough to watch when I was ready and even wentback and got a cup holder. I have always gotten great service here, and today Latoya went the extra mile. Ordered my food, paid for it didn't receive a receipt and was asked to pull around front with no one else in the drive through.... Waited 15 minutes while I seen the workers joking around inside. Get my food it's barely warm and my order is wrong. Read more
I would give 0 stars if possible. Took my grandson here for kids chicken nugget meal at drive thru. Paid and left, bag was hot... so when going down Rd, several miles he opened bag and no nuggets. Turned around, walked in to see manager and girl says forgotto put nuggets in bag. REALLY!!!!!!!. A week earlier, at a nearby BK, went in for breakfast at 8:30 am to be told no biscuits.What in the world. Wouldn't go back to BK if they were the last and only place to eat. Would rather starve. The drive-thru lady told me to pull up past the building and they would bring out the food even though no one was in line behind... me. I had dropped my wallet on the floorboard of my vehicle and was looking to pick it up. The drive-thru lady scolded me like achild for not moving up fast enough. Yelled at me in anger. I complained to the manager. She could care less. I and my work crewgo there at least 4 times a week. Never again!! Called the customer number, all they cared about was trying to sell me ondownloading the burger King app. I'll never attend another burger King ever again. Read more
