I ordered a 3pc meal with 2 Mac and cheese. I got 2pcs of Some God awful chicken (cold) n Mac cheese was cold. This was drive... thru @6:30pm. My bill of fare was $9.71. I honestly couldn't tell what the chicken was.. zoo grease n yucky. I've calledseveral times n phones isn't taking calls?? Must say, the biscuit was very good. Never eating Bojangles again ? If I could give minus stars I would! I just witnessed management refuse to serve 4 senior citizens on Saturday 11/19/22. They... closed the lobby after serving other customers. After talking to them, they meet up and are there every Saturday. They should beashamed. The staff that was doing the talking was rude to them to where other customers started defending them. If corporatereads these. Please take this seriously. The geriatric population deserves more respect than what they got today. Read more
I have gone to Bojangles a few times in Lyman South Carolina. I don't check my food. When I go to get it. But when I get home.... My orders have been wrong. I tried calling him the first time. But all the phone does is ringing ringing ringing ring. I willnot go back to that Bojangles again. Somebody needs to go in there and check that place out and see what's going on with thempeople. if i could leave 0 stars i would. i sat in line for 25 minutes and when i got to the speaker they told me that they couldn?t get... me my food because they ran out of chicken and couldn?t make anymore because they close in an hour and 30 minutes. beyonddisappointed Read more
Waited in line for over 40 minutes just to be told our order ticket was lost and they still hadn't made our food yet. After... telling the workers 4 times what I ordered my order was still wrong. Zero organization at this establishment. Most awful part ofthe experience was watching a worker enter the building, clock in, and begin handling food without washing her hands.Disgusting! Read more
Although the Chicken sandwich looks big, there is not that much substance to it. It is mostly just breading that is fried real... crispy in between oversize buns. I ordered this BLT Chicken sandwich combo and left not hungry anymore but not full at all. Imiss the old Cajun filet sandwich on the yellow bun, they were a lot better. When I visited on 8/5/22 the lobby was real dirtyand the trash cans were overflowing even though they looked like they had plenty of employees. I also noticed that severalemployees were just cutting up with each other while other employees looked like they were working hard. Read more
We just left this Bojangles on a Sunday afternoon. We were in line for over an hour and there were perhaps 7 cars ahead of us.... We did not have a large order. The food was cold when we finally received it. And the final kicker: the plastic gloves theemployees wear for sanitary reasons had been used, removed, and dropped into the bag with our food. Under what circumstancescould this ever be considered okay. This is the first time I am posting about this, but the second time it has happened at thislocation. The first time was several months ago when it took an hour to get a gallon of sweet tea and there were only 5-6 carsin front of me. Drive thru never fails to be slow always having to wait 15mins plus to order seems like they?re doing one car at a time or... something (can?t tell in the photo but there were no cars behind the 4Runner ) Read more
