Why cant this restaurant get it together? I have been before years ago when everyone was so friendly, the food was hot and well... prepared.. now it is so ran down, employees that are half asleep and seem terribly bothered to have to take payment/hand you thebag and food is soggy/cold to the point I wont risk going back to get that type of service/food. Hopefully they can get ittogether before it becomes another abandoned food place. I used to go here several times a month. Read more
Unfortunately didn't have the best experience today at the A&W drive through. I asked for a burger: they said they were out.... Then tried for the chicken tenders and they were also out. Had to settle for the coney dog which ended up being soggy and didn'ttaste fresh. The root beer also had no ice and was lukewarm. Read more
Only 1 other table when we got there. The person taking or order didn't seem to know the menu very well and took our drink... order then neglected to give us cups for the self service station. The sweet tea was out, someone came out to correct that. The Pepsi was also out and when I reported it I got, "yeah, I know, it's been out for hours." Before the staff memberwandered off. The ice was refilled with half of it landing on the floor, no effort was made to clean it up. The wet floor signwas already out so there's that... the paper towels in the restroom was also out. I used to like Long John Silver's but the fish have gotten smaller Quality Foods not as good as it used to be. And for a place... that's they claim to make their own root beer that was the nastiest root beer I've ever tasted in my life. I tried to go backseveral times to give them a chance but the quality of the food is just not there I don't think I'll be back again Read more

Service was slow and we were the only customers. Food is a waste of money. I ordered an A6 combo which can best be described as... a mustard, pickle sandwich and a wad of fries that stuck together upon being emptied from their wrapper. Burger patty was about1 Oz flattened patty that disappears under all the mustard and pickles. Read more
