11/17/22. Waited anxiously for years for the return of the enchirito. Get to this Taco Bell. Ask for one enchirito. "Sorry,... we aren't doing that promotion." What? Not only is it the worst for ever being open, closing randomly, having no staff andbeing slower than grass growing on a hot day in Kentucky....but it doesn't even participate in the NATIONAL TACO BELL SPONSOREDPROMOTIONS. JUST SHUT THE RESTAURANT DOWN. ITS NOT WORTH IT. (Side note...ended up ordering a Mexican pizza, chickenquesadilla and 5 tacos...look at the pictures to see what I got...no quesadilla in the bag at all--they can NOT offer the promosas advertised, but still give me 19 packs of hot sauce for 7 total items). Easily the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. Slow service, terrible hours, and constantly either closed for no good reason... ("DoorDash orders only") or out of basic things like Mt Dew. But there aren't really any other taco bell options around so Iguess they'll just keep skirting by in mediocrity? Read more

I have officially found the slowest fast food restaurant in Colorado. After waiting 15min to get into the drive thru, I figured... going inside would be faster. Wrong. I've swung by here before and never stopped due to the line. This will be the lasttime. Current situation: After placing my order I have waited 20min so far. No food. Update: I arrived around 1pm. It is now1:35pm. Update: 1:47pm asked for an update and they had not started making it. Yet. At this point it's just a socialexperiment to see how long it will take. Update: 7 people in the pic waiting, not including me. And a huge lineoutside. Update: Received food at 1:52pm. Officially took ~50min for a burrito and a cheese Quesadilla. At a "fast food"joint. Update: The burrito wasn't very good. Took a few bites and threw out. The Quesadilla on the other hand was really good,so good job on that! It wasn't cut / scored to allow pulling apart, so I had to tear pieces off, which isn't a big deal, butprobably relevant due to the time taken. Read more

Posting this here since I sent this to Taco Bell's complaint line, but they didn't respond. Got my drive-thru order which they... messed up as usual. That's nothing new with Taco Bell and I usually don't mind since I'm going there with the full expectationthat the order will end up getting switched up somewhere, even if what I asked for is listed properly on the receipt. Howeverthe exception with this visit is that my soda came with extra machine parts. I ordered a Diet Pepsi so I couldn't immediatelysee what was in there until I moved my straw and felt something in the cup. By this time I had already gotten home with my drinkand meal. I asked them if they wanted their fountain parts back but no response. I guess I'll hold onto it until they figureout what they want to do with it. Read more

Best Taco Bell I've ever visited in any state. The quality of food and service was outstanding! Yes, it took a little while but... everyone should exercise patience and be thankful for the times we are forced to relax for just a few minutes. Absolutely worththe wait. I love Taco Bell, and the employees here are perfectly nice, but for some weird reason it pretty much ALWAYS takes over 25-30... MINUTES to get through the whole drive thru process. Even at weird times when it's not supposed to be that busy and even whenthere's only a few people in line. I've been here DOZENS of times and the experience is always the same. I still come justbecause I'm patient and I come with built in time to get my food, but I would NEVER come here in a rush or with anyone butmyself in the car. At this point I just genuinely want to know what is going on. There have been times when all I ordered was acheese quesadilla and I sat at the last window for over 15 minutes and all the employees inside were just sitting there. No onesaid "hey, so sorry, we are running behind right now, we will get that out to you asap", they never even acknowledge that ittakes ages to get the food. Again, friendly and nice employees, great food, terribly long wait times with no explanation. Ifthis ever changes or if I get a reasonable explanation as to why this is happening, I would be happy to change my rating. Read more

I?ve been here about 30 mins and the 5 staff aren?t organized whatsoever. The 3 people in front of me left, 2 without getting... refunds. I can?t imagine how long they?ve been waiting. The kitchen is very dirty and they are clearly overwhelmed with basicorders. Not sure how this place is in operation, I just hope our food is correct. Side note, mens bathroom lock doesn?t work.Someone walked in on me and it was pretty embarrassing. Update: order was wrong. The guy with arm tats got me the right thingwithin a minute and was nice about it. I think he?s the only one here that knows what he?s doing. Read more

Good customer service at this location. The order was prepared quickly. Drive thru was busy but indoor dining was not.
