The employees do not change their gloves EVER. I watched this big guy make 20+ sandwiches and never changed gloves once. So much... cross contamination going on it?s disgusting. Don?t eat here if you?re vegetarian. The ingredients are never fresh tasting,bread is rubbery, and when asked to cook the sandwich it went in for less than 10 seconds and was barely lukewarm, didn?t evenmelt the cheese. The ice and drink machine is a breeding ground of bacteria that will make you sick. During weekdays at lunchthis is the hangout spot for high school students who steal chips and the employees say nothing. Read more

So I come to this subway pretty frequently but there was a gentleman on the 23rd working behind the counter who, to be frank,... I've never had a pleasant experience with. When I came in be was sitting at a booth texting which, hey I get it when the day isslow and all, but was not greeted and he decided to finish his texts before shuffling up and towards the counter. He grunted"what do you want" and when I ordered he didn't ask what kind of bread, veggies or sauces I wanted. He just slapped it togetherin such a way that when I opened the sandwich I would have had an easier time eating it with a knife and fork. He went to theregister to charge me and once it was up for me to put my card in, he just walked away without any other customers in the store.This is far from the first time this has happened either. This guy always either makes the wrong sandwich or doesn't ask whatingredients I want on my meal. To be honest there's times I come in and he'll just sit there for a few minutes at the table andI'm not sure what he does. All the tables were dirty and a lot of the ingredients for low or out and it wasn't even close toclosing the guy is just lazy and disrespectful and it's gotten to the point where if I see him behind the counter I'll just findsomewhere else to eat. If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered my sandwich online. When I got there to pick it up I asked if there were napkins in... the bag and he said yes and find out there were none. Then when I started eating my sandwich half the items I asked for were noton my sandwich.. worst subway I have ever been to. Do not waste your money on this place. Read more

Wish I can give it -5 stars. Super slow service and kept complaining to the customer. Also the cash register doesn?t scan... anything. Don?t ever come to this subway. Totally wasting my time. Read more

The man working gave us old and crunchy/stale bread that was sitting out for who knows how long. It was obvious that he was... annoyed he actually had to do his job. He threw toppings on with no consideration of the presentation, and in the middle of thesandwich only. The herb and cheese bread had no cheese on it, as well. The sandwich was not good. Read more

Worst employee ever. She acted as though she hated her job. No feedback from her after repeated trying to be friendly. I hope... this owner finds better workers or else I will drive further. Read more

So unhappy....just picked up an order for 9 people. The lady who called in the order said the gentleman didn't want to know... what chips or drinks were. Just how many. I had to fill the chips and drink orders myself. We were having a meeting at work, and I thought I was just picking up. Because I needed two bottles of water, I paid for those. But I was never refunded forthe two cups that were left at the store. This has a lesson to our company NOT to use Subway for lunch. So unhappy. Read more

I would give them a zero if I could! I ordered sandwiches online and paid for it. According to the only person working,... Hayden, there was no record of the transaction. Although we provided the confirmation, no sandwiches were made. When we askedabout speaking to the manager we were told in an extremely condescending manner that the manager was on his personal time. NOattempt was made to figure out the situation. Hayden continued by saying he was the most reliable person they had. In his nextsentence he could not even tell us the number of the store. The most reliable person working, doesn't have to know the numberof where he works? This is not the first time we have had major problems with this subway. The caliber of employees hasconsistently been low. In the future, I will travel farther to get sandwiches, this store owner, appear to not be concernedwith customer service. If he did, he may want to spend some time ensuring someone is available to meet customer needs. Read more
