It is wonderful to see the same bright, smiling women each morning before I drag myself into work.

Always clean and they make the drinks well. Very nice staff, working as hard and as fast as they can. They're always... understaffed for how busy the store gets, but that's just how Starbucks runs their stores. I just really wish they were openlater though. Maybe I'm the weird one for wanting a latte at 4pm? Read more

Just spent 15 min. Waiting on this. They never put the order in after I paid for it. Ugh!

Wi-fi: This location has no tables or chairs, but is next door to a dining hall where you can enjoy your coffee and friends.... There's no Starbucks wi-fi, but in the dining hall, you'll find Charter Guest wi-fi, which, after submitting your mobile numberand email, will connect you to 100mb (!!!) internet. MUCH faster than any "real" Starbucks. Enjoy! Read more

Not a big fan of Starbucks in general, but I have been at this location quite a few times, the food and drinks are standard... Starbucks quality but the staff at this location - specially the manager - are so nice and everytime I have been there theyseem to always strive to please you despite of being so busy, I had to drop a good review for them as they deserve it. Starbucks is always consistently good. A bit pricey... but good.

Super happy a Starbucks opened right across the street from my office. I'm not a coffee drinker but I do enjoy a nice cup of... hot chocolate in the winter. Can't wait for the cold weather to set in so I can visit every day! Read more

Love the service and quality of the product here in Castle Rock, Co. However it would be great if you could make a deal with the... NFL like Budweiser and produce coffee mugs with NFL team logos. The reason being that when we're watching the early games in themorning we're drinking coffee. Then beer in the afternoon and evening. Please remember me if this can be done. I wouldappreciate it. Your sales may triple. Cordially, Richard S.Rock Castle Rock, Colorado 80104 Read more
