Reviews for Starbucks in Greenwood Village, CO
this is the first starbux that has given me easy ice when i asked for it in ten years thank you so much. :D
Nice little Starbucks. Seating gets a little tight sometimes.
I come here almost every other weekday, today mobile orders weren't working correctly. After showing proof of purchase a shorter... woman with dark hair kept speaking to me in a condescending way, suggesting that I'm SOL. I pick up for an office so I havemultiple orders to pick up. Didn't plan on spending an extra 30 minutes picking up coffee. Just a shame to see employees losetheir attitude that Starbucks is known for Read more
Had to get some work done in a hurry. This Starbucks has really good seating options. Inside and out. And the staff are fast and... professional. Easy peasy. Thank you. ???????????? Read more
We are from Kansas and we?ve been here several times while visiting Denver. The staff is always friendly and they have never... gotten our orders wrong. Parking is always available and there?s adequate seating outside. The store doesn?t look cluttered. There?s are several tables that are closed off due to COVID. Read more
Just had a very unpleasant experience at the Orchard Road Starbucks in Greenwood Village, Colorado. First, to enter I had to go... very near a group of unmasked people sitting in personal lawn chairs around the entrance. When I asked about this when orderingthe woman was dismissive and basically had an :I don't give a you-know-what attitude. (Note to self: should have leftthen.) Then, it is one of those places where the mobile orders are filled ahead of the in-store customers. So the counterfilled up with prepared orders while the people piled up inside the very, very small store. So very uncomfortable in thesetimes. So I waited and waited until everyone had been served except me and then asked if a cup of coffee that had been sittingon the counter for a long time was mine. Everyone else's name had been called but not mine. The barista (Katie) looked at thecup which had no name. on it Then the I-don't-care woman at the counter mumbled something about not putting my name on the cupthen said it was mine. (BTW I don't think she did this to be malicious but because of inertia). I grabbed my drink really readyto get out of there and headed toward the door. But my negative experience was not over. At this point the barista told me Icould not use that door saying that it is for exit only. I have respect for that and most businesses have this plainly marked sothere is no question about it. Because I had been waiting so long I pointed out that I had observed many people leaving by the prohibited door while I was waiting, to which she quipped, "We try to catch who we can." This is at a store where if you bringyour own chairs (which is apparently a thing there) then you don"t need to social distance or wear masks and said to a customerwho was not given their drink, with no apology. The barista then went out of her way to say, "By the way my name is Katie," very sarcastically because apparently she is proud of her customer service performance this morning and wa Read more
Wow. I?m sitting in this Starbucks right now and I?ve gotta say this is really nice. Our barista Gary was super patient as me... and my boyfriend figured out what we wanted and was very nice throughout our visit here. Even gave us a complimentary refill ondrinks that are usually non refillable by standard. Nice quiet environment and overall a good Starbucks experience ???? Read more
