Reviews for Paradise Biryani Pointe Indian Cuisine & Bakery in Greenwood Village, CO
This THE WORST restaurant that I’ve ever been to in America. And im so curious how is this restaurant even still open with... that condition. The RUDEST owner ever. The smelliest restaurant ive ever been to. It’s Disgusting, my shoes literally stick tothe floor and make noise everytime i make a step. The restroom is beyond nasty. The kitchen is right in front restroom, Iliterally can see onions on the floor. If you love yourselves and your family, DO NOT order from here. Read more
I’ve been eating at different Locations of Biryani Pointe for years now and eaten multiple times at this location as well. Our... experience last night here was far from ordinary. The customer service was nonexistent at best which I ignored given that I lovetheir biryani and wanted it for dinner last night. I picked up my food to go and was even more disappointed when I got to eatingit. The “rice and chicken” the served me in the name of biryani was nothing more than dry, colored rice with pieces of olddry chicken in it. The dish had NO flavor despite me asking for my order to be spicy. When I reached out to them this afternoonto address this, I was first yelled at by a woman claiming to be the owner than a man making the same claim. I’m saddened andgenuinely disappointed in this experience. I for one will not be returning to this location and highly recommend others to savethemselves disappointed too! Read more
Loved the chicken biryani! So flavorful! Like Tamil Nadu wedding biryanis. :D it’s now my go to place!
Excellent authentic cuisine with a huge menu and large portions of lamb. The lamb biryani is the best I have had in memory. Most... people not accustomed to spicy foods should order mild level of hot spice. We had medium, which is fairly hot. Great value.Don't be thrown off by the size and plain atmosphere of the place, after all, I go for the food. Read more
We have ordered butterscotch cake from here on the birthday , celebration day and they gave us a cake with terrible flavor, I... don't know what flavor, have just a little sprinkles out on the cake on the dressing. And the light purple sugar flower décoron cake was like a stone hard ,I think it's sort of plastic not sure though but all I know you can't eat it from your teeth elseyou end up breaking one. When we called them some lady answered the call and she was literally rude and not admitting and havebeen like no you must be mistaken it's fresh cake, as per her they make only on order. THANKS I never had the the cake before!!She matched our order day and everything still she is like no you are mistaking that cannot happen, seems like she doesn'thave a attitude of saying sorry but instead debate for the wrong thing. I have never seen a sugar decor this hard like aplasticand sure no one else had. I am posting the cake and the flower so you all get a reality of them. Read more
This Rating is mainly for the cake. We absolutely enjoyed their fresh cake that was available when nowhere else in the world we... could find one ???? Well we were looking for Indian style cakes as there are lots of cake options around from Cheesecakes to Icecream cakes but nothing compares to Indian fresh cakes and Paradise serves exactly that and that too fresh. We love theirpastries and puffs as well but this pineapple cake was a pleasant surprise. After getting the cake i asked them to write thename/message on it and it seems the person who writes on cake was away at another location. The guy at the counter was courteousenough to arrange for taking the cake to her and getting it written, instead of just saying “we wont be able to write at thistime” which is what they were in their rights to do since i hadn’t pre-ordered it. Special thanks to the lady who wrote itand the guy who managed to get it done. Last but not the least i love their biryanis as well. The quantity is great and tasteis amazing. The mix of white and yellow rice in dum biryani is perfect. Read more
I've visited Paradise Biryani in San Diego several times, so when I saw there was one in the Denver area, I had to go. We... ordered online. My brother went in for the pickup so I can't comment on the size, interior, etc. In any case, thanks to thepandemic, there is no dine in, any way. We got the chicken dum biryani with max spice and chicken vepudu with max spice. Iloved the biryani. This is what I've been missing since I moved from San Diego. Now, I wish they have more options than justchicken, lamb, goat, veg, etc, but maybe in the future? So the chicken was cooked well, marinated well, tasted amazing and themasala was just right. In fact, I liked this biryani more than the one in Paradise San Diego! The chicken vepudu, while good, was a bit disappointing in that it wasn't as spicy as we wanted. Slightly different flavors from what I'm used to, but very goodtoo. Oh and I also got a mango lassi which was pretty nice. Will be back!! Read more
An expensive $17 Chicken Biryani - Not worth it !! The most disastrous biryani ever, It was like powdered masala rice and... claimed to be expensive because they give it in a bucket as the portion is pretty much equal what we get in other Indianrestaurants . The Quality was below par of any chicken biryani you get in near by Indian restaurants in Arapahoe Road . Do notwaste your money here and the irony is , they charge your for additional Salan . ( a small cup after spending $17).. Read more
