Excellent food. Amazing atmosphere. Drinks are stellar. But boy was it an interesting Saturday night. First, a strange... Australian guy was being WAY too friendly with random couples trying to eat at the bar. Talking in their ear, asking about theirlive and such. It was so bizarre. He just stood there annoying these two couples for 15 minutes. It was amusing, but also sobizarre. Then later while enjoying desert, a man holding a pot belly pig walked in to get a table. Everyone that could see wasshocked and surprised. Who does that? Needless to say, it was an interesting Saturday night. Very pleasant experience at what some might not expect from a landlocked state, great seafood! Everything had great flavor and... huge portions. I thought our fish dish had a little too much butter which began to congeal quickly in a pool on the largedish. Key lime pie and drinks were superb! Not inexpensive, but also what you get is reasonable for the area. From the homemadewhipped butter to the key lime pie, everything seemed well thought out and nicely executed. Would recommend. This location is absolutely beautiful! A great background for photos, so we stopped and took a few pictures. The food was... great! It didn?t take long to get it. This place is great! Has a great atmosphere and the staff were all extremely friendly. The food and the drinks were great! They... brought freshly baked bread (still hot!) before bring out the main dishes, and it was amazing. The main dish was fantastic. I ordered the Alaskan king crab and the food was delicious. My husband ordered the fried seafood combo and it came with verity... of different meats and a lot of french fries under the fried meat. That entree' was also delicious. My mom ordered a Cob saladand it was loaded with vegetables and seafood. It was a pleasure to enjoy lunch with my mother at Pappadeaux for her birthdayand Mother's day. Read more

What can I say? For Cajun food you can't go wrong with pappadeaux. I had the groupers fish, it taste like salmon and chicken... mixed. It was my first time here and it was delicious. Micheal the waiter was awesome!!! The drinks were strong and delicious.Only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars, we ordered oysters and they never came out even though our waiter kept checking inon them. We got our food and finished, then the oysters came. They were so dirty that we kept spitting shells out. Will I comeback? Of course I will, hold the oysters though. Read more

Delicious chain restaurant. Everything came out to the perfect temperature. Swamp thing is one of their specialty drinks which... is so delicious and a MUST have whenever eating here. The pasta was perfectly cooked. Crispy alligator was a bit spicy, but verytasty. If you don?t mind spice, you will enjoy it. The Shrimp ÉTOUFFÉE was full of flavor. The gumbo was the best hands down.Definitely a MUST try! We also got the cheesecake, I must say one of the best I?ve ever had. Save room for dessert if you canit?s definitely worth it!
