I'm a consistent customer at Menya and I've NEVER experienced a problem with my food or bad service. I'm local in the area and... highly recommend Menya. My favorite things to order are Spicy Miso Ramen and the Diablo Roll, they just updated their menu so Iwill be excited to try everything that is new. Food was fine but there were some challenges with service. There were only 4 other tables there but we waited more than 10... minutes before being helped. We had to ask for water on the waiter's third visit to the table (didn't order other drinks), myboyfriend never got the miso soup that was included with the meal he ordered, didn't have utensils when the food came out, Iordered an extra egg with my Ramen that I was charged for but never arrived- even after the waiter verbally addressed that itwas missing.
