Very hit or miss. Tonight was a miss. Ordered the Club Lulu and it came without bacon. Other times they're soggy or delivery... takes forever. No more freaky fast delivery unfortunately. Read more

I only live 7-8 minutes away and I always see my online order waiting on the front table when I pull up. These folks are really... fast, almost freakishly. And the orders are right 99% of the time. Good crew. Read more
This is my experience that includes not the last 3 years our office has ordered from this particular location, but last few... months. The manager is not a happy individual, has a pretty nasty attitude when under pressure. If I tried to pull hat off, I'dbe fired on the spot. Multiple times the order got messed up, missing chips, wrong sandwich, order for a completely differentperson... And now, in the last few weeks, it took TWO hours to get our order of 4 sandwiches. I called an hour later after weplaced the order, and someone with that lovely attitude told me off with "you will get your order when my driver getshere!!". Alrighty, got it in 1 hour and 55 minutes. Let's just say, that was the last time we have ordered from thislocation. Speedy nor friendly does not exist with this location. PS: The two stars are ONLY for the first two years of ourorders. I?m guessing they?re very understaffed. The guy said he couldn?t take my order because he was the only driver & he had 5 other... orders to deliver. I said okay no worries I?ll call back in a little bit. Called back in almost 40 minutes and when he repeatedthe last order back he mentioned 2 chocolate chips cookies along with some sandwich I never even heard of . Then he ask me if Iwas calling from 720-331-****. I said ummm nope (it wasn?t even close to my number) and next thing I know he hung up. We justended up getting a better deal from Jersey Mike?s. We ordered a large delivery for lunch at the office, about 15 people or so. Only one or two of the sandwiches was labeled and... none of the drinks were. Makes it a bit difficult to find out whose food belonged to who. Read more
