Placed an order at 1:58pm on a Thursday afternoon. Still haven't gotten my order at 2:55. I'm 1 mile from the store, 3 minutes... according to Google. Delivery is always wrong, paid for bacon and didn?t get it, cut in half nope, napkins never, less mayo and it?s globed on, oil... and vin all over outside of the bread, this has happened the last 4 times I ordered! Just read the order! Read more

I don't normally give a bad review, but today I find it necessary. I ordered an unwich, slim, #5 with mayo. Was told they... couldn't add mayo. I then changed to a regular unwich #7, with mayo. The guy had already made and wrapped the #5, opened it up,added peppers, re-wrapped it and handed it to me. I sat in my car eating it, and while it was good, there was NO mayo and didnot have double the meat, which was what came with the $3 additional price. I went in, showed it to the guy at the counter, hesaid it's "definitely double meat", though I counted a slice of each with him and handed me 3 packages of mayo. I could havedone that in the first place. Needless to say, this location will not get my $$$ anymore. There is far better, friendlierlocations and other sandwich shops. I walked in here today because the closer JJ's was closed. Ordered a small sub and the roll was not fully baked and still... doughy! No paper cups left for water. When I was ordering I told the female working behind the counter with a clear voice that Iwanted a 'regular..' and she immediately rang me up for a #3 or something without even letting me finish telling her whichsandwich I wanted. LOL. Do these people know how to sell food? I think the owner needs to get into a different line of business. Read more
If you only have an hour for lunch, you should probably order at 10am to ensure your lunch gets to you by noon. I ordered 2... hours ago and it?s still not here. Their website says, ?Your order may take longer due to inclement weather.? First of all, it?sa beautiful day outside, so I thought that was a fluke. Second, if my order was going to take 2 hours, that should probably benoted to give me an option to find something quicker. I understand that establishments are short staffed these days. Settingclear expectations goes a long way. This would?ve been a 1-star review but the sweet human over the phone refunded my money andthe driver was super apologetic. This Jimmy Johns is top notch, they have always been super fast (I swear they have a driver in the parking lot where I work,... with my order already. I put in my order and they driver gets a call "It's James, GO NOW!"). In 3 years there have only been tomishaps on 2 orders and they more then made it right. The only thing I might ask is to bring back the wraps, they were awesome. Read more
