This restaurant is a must visit. Jabo makes you feel like you're family the moment you step in the door. He pulls out a... beautiful platter with 6 sauces to taste test. Spends time explaining each sauce and it's origins. Jabo even helps you pick thesauce you want on your ribs/brisket. Pretty much everything is homemade from the sauces to the sides. For our visit we selectedthe Smokey Mango Hot. The ribs were amazing and the brisket was tender. The homemade potato salad was absolutelydelicious. Remember to get at least 1 sconut. If I could give a 100 stars I would. First of all they start you off with a sample of all the sauces. You pick your sauce and... spice level. I did the Carolina mustard my taste buds exploded!! The brisket sandwich was the recommendation. Sandwich did notdisappoint. The sausage had a nice spice to it and you can choice your sauce for that too. What an experience! They give you a plethora of options for sauce making each visit unique and not to mention the staff are... wonderfully kind and funny. The food. Wow. You?ll feel right at home and love the ?que at this cozy restaurant. And you?ll be treated right as well. The sauces of the day... are presented in a tray for you to sample and you can set the heat level as well. The brisket was tender and tasty. The staff's friendliness and knowledge would give this place four stars. They were great to talk to and knowledgeable about... their very sauces. The quality of meat wasn't the greatest as it was very chewy. It was flavorful and I could tell the slowcooked process. The sauce was excellent. I also enjoyed the onion rings and would highly recommend them. Read more
