We enjoyed the original and very tasty sushi rolls - delicious options to suit everyone’s tastes. If you like everything raw... and sashimi style, the fish and seafood were incredibly delicate and fresh with new and exciting flavors. For those who preferit, the tempura rolls did not disappoint - distinct flavors and textures. Damien and staff were very friendly, kind andattentive to everyone in the group. A rarity these days, the fun and lively atmosphere was not overwhelmed by awful, blastingmusic. Instead, fun beats played at a normal background volume allowing our group to enjoy our conversation all evening long. Wewill definitely be coming back and recommending Enso. Damien sat at our table and reviewed the menu with us and made some recommendations. He was right, they have the best friedrice and sushi in Denver. Best and our new favorite sushi place in DTC! Most of their fish is flown in from Japan weekly and it’s the most amazing sushi... we’ve had in a while!
