I come here often before work. They?re always slammed with only 2 employees working. I have stood in line for over 20 mins while... my sandwich has been on the counter - no apologies ever. Then yesterday my sandwich was very undercooked. When I called to letthem know, they referred me to a third party who said they have nothing to do with them. I?ll just avoid the location movingforward. Read more

I was in the process of placing an order being next in line, and mid order the cashier stopped me because the person ahead of... me?s card did not go through minutes after the transaction. I reordered and only received one egg when I ordered two on mysandwich. All of the coffee was cold and I had to ask to have mine microwaved. I was literally left standing bewildered howthe employees here really don?t care at all, one disappointment after another. Read more

We got takeout, but it was pretty good. Nice fluffy bagels, and a decent selection of them as well! Some very unique that I had... never seen before! (Hence Einstein I guess lol) Staff were also polite and helpful, and happily went to a back cooler to grab ustwo orange juices when they were out of them up front! Definitely not a bad place to grab some breakfast! Read more

The building has no seating inside currently but it's still very clean. The staff has good hand hygiene. I was only in there a... few minutes and so many of them washing their hands. Food was wonderful, as always. Read more

Worst Einsteins I've ever been to. Walked in at 12:30 PM, middle of lunch rush and 1.5 hours before closing, to find they have... zero bagels in the display. Guy putting empty baskets back in the display mumbles something like 'I'll be right with you' andthen after I wait a few minutes while he finishes putting empty baskets back he walks away dragging the rolling rack with allthe bagels he just removed from the display and disappears. As this happens the guy behind the register asks if he can help me,to which I ask 'do you have any bagels' (again, middle of lunch rush and they are a bagel shop) so he asks the same guy to bringthe rack back over so, which he does but only about halfway before walking away again to the back. No labeling of which bagelis which, most of the bins are empty, and no one bothers to come over to help me figure out what is what. At that point I justturned and walked out. Given that I was the ONLY person in the line, and there are maybe only 5 people total in the entirerestaurant, you'd think they'd make a better effort to help me out and make a sale. Guess not. If they are that apatheticabout selling me their product then I am going to be just as apathetic about buying it. Besides, if that is the level of careand effort being put in by the employees then I don't want to eat anything that comes out of that kitchen. Read more

Drive thru can be slow at times. Going inside when store is open is often faster. This is due to the staff storage most... restaurants currently face. Employees are constantly hustling to fill orders. Bagels are typically fresh and all sandwiches aremade to order. Nice to be able to customize. Thank you to the staff who always greets us pleasantly each day and works so hardto keep us satisfied. Read more

One of the weirdest Einstein's I've been to. The vibe inside wasn't cheery, welcoming nor happy. No one greeted me with "Welcome... to Einstein's, or Good Morning" or anything similar. It took a while for any of the 4 employees to acknowledge my presence. Theman, who I guess was the manager, was talking, but he had a headset on, so I thought he was taking drive through orders, but hewas asking to help me. Though service was fast, none of the 3 teenagers/young adults seemed happy. And it was dark in there! Noin-store dining is available, dining area is cordoned off and chairs are upside-down on top of tables. I guess I'm used to busycity center Einstein's that are bustling with customers, bright and cheery - here most is drive thru business. Read more

First and LAST time I order here, I went through the drive through and the girl at the window seemed unsure how to help me and I... stated I want a farmhouse with NO CHEESE, she stated the hash browns can have the cheese removed and didn?t put it on and of allthings put it on a cheese bagel with cheese and no hash browns. She should be fired! I have severe allergies and could havedied. Very disappointed. Read more
