Has a tendency to get driven past as it's location is not convenient to turn into. Once you figure it out, you won't regret... coming in. They?re super friendly and the food is great but just make sure you HOLLER your milk substitute request. I think I said it 3-4... times and still got whole milk. I about died the same night due to an LI reaction. Read more
The older Caucasian lady who works here is rude. She is rude to the other employees as well. She interrupts when they speak to... talk over them and treats them like they are stupid. I was having a wonderful interaction with the young lady who was initiallyhelping me with my order, until the older lady barged in and made it difficult. I kept asking her to let the younger lady talkand she just became more rude and would not stop. I was not only angry, but I felt bad for the young lady who was treated likeshe couldn?t do her own job or even pick donuts from a shelf. So glad I canceled my order and left. Read more
Coffee is good but donuts are stale. What a shame as dunkin used to be my favorite. Thought I'd try it out again after a long... absence . Donuts still stale and the filled donuts don't even contain the right amount of filling. They are dry inside. I grewup in the northeast and I miss what dunkin used to be. Read more
Just ordered from Uber eats and my sticker CLEARLY states 5 milk, 5 cream, and it has ZERO of both. It is literally dark coffee.... I can?t drink it and I can?t reorder it because I?d have to pay the whole fee again. Come on guys? Read more
My biggest issue with their coffee is that it tasted like tap water with a bit of coffee in it. I had less of an issue with the... fact that there was nasty goopy stuff near the spout (looked like adhesive, but wasn't happy to have it on my hand), and thecoffee bladder was only filled half-way.
