I Absolutely adore this restaurant!!! Everything from the Ambience, to the wonderful staff, the drinks and of course everything... I tried on the menu was to die for! You must go and try the house gin and tonic it was one of the prettiest and most deliciousgin and tonic I ever had, the Amazing bartenders added butterfly pea tea to the gin and it made it one of the best Gin drink Ihave ever had. It’s the food though that will make me come back, everything I had was delicious but if I had to pick one thatyou must try is the Chili with the most delicious corn bread waffle on the side! This place is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to in Colorado in my 23 years of living here. The drinks were really... good. I ordered the house gin and tonic and it is the best one I've ever had. It wasn't bitter like they usually are because thegin is steeped and also purple because of that. The food was even better than the drinks. Everything we had was to die for fromthe French onion soup to the chili with a cornbread waffle. I had such a great brunch experience yesterday at Dionysus! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us trying 1... oz pours of a few different wines to help us decide which one to order. Great place to try new wines to find new favorites. I found this place via TikTok. It was described as the best brunch in Denver. While I can't say that definitively, I can say... everything has their hands full! We had a lovely time here and ended up spending hours when we initially planned to stop in for a single happy hour drink. The... prices for drinks was super reasonable and our server Nick was super attentive and friendly. We got a few cocktails mixed tableside, all were delicious and interesting. The wine list is extensive. They offer a great array of choices by the bottle, full glass, half glass and tasting glasses.... Ordered the antipasto and enjoyed it. The entrees were a little underwhelming. The airliner chicken and the linguini with prawnswere not great. The chicken was dry and the pasta lacked flavor, somewhat dull. Although we were only one of three tables therethe noise level was high but this was due to one of the other parties at the bar being way too loud which you can't control as apatron. It was unfortunate because they offer nice ambiance surrounded by their great wine choices on full display. We woulddine here again but definitely would order different entrees. Overall we had a good time. We were seated immediately (even though we were five minutes late). After that, there was a bit of... a rough start with a wait of 20 minutes at the table (which wobbled if I leaned on it). We finally got water and ordered, afterwhich the night was great. Their system of wine flights (see pictures) is interesting, and they offer some great local options.Their specialty cocktails were wonderful (Creme Brule as a drink?!), and the dinner was delicious. I highly recommend the Koreanbrussel sprouts to accompany your meal. Erin and Louis were very friendly hosts, Trevor was great behind the bar, and Jasontook care of us at the table. Read more
