Typically it?s pretty solid, but the staff REALLY need to learn how to multitask mobile orders and in person orders. I have... mobile ordered here several times and when I arrive there is a whole stack of ignored mobile order tickets while the staffhandle the in person orders. And I understand that things get busy, but just turn your mobile order system off when you getslammed if you?re not even going to attempt to fulfill the mobile orders. Ignoring all the mobile orders just ensures you?regoing to have a lobby full of annoyed people whose food hasn?t even been started by their pickup time. Read more
This Chipotle restaurant is free from some of the issues you could have at other Chipotle locations in the area that are by the... large malls or major intersections. You aren't likely to experience ingredients being out or staff showing attitude because theyare just exhausted. Very nice place , somehow their entrees feel fresher too :) although that could be just due to the goodvibes there :) I have being coming here for a few days in a row now and the team on shift is ALWAYS smiling, so customers alwaysfeel welcomed there. I've being coming on the bike and it is nice to relax and eat at the clean and quite place. Last but notleast - another type of issue that you won't experience here are smaller than usual portions, as what you could see a lot in thereviews for the nearby locations, like the Park Meadows mall. I would definitely recommend this Chipotle restaurant. You don'thave to trust my words though - since you could judge for yourself based on the pic attached to this review. Enjoy! Read more
