So the portions were toddler-size servings. It seems like all Chipotle's are cutting down on their serving size. Never received... a receipt for our order and charged us $1.50 each for corn and pico salsa(an extra $6). That would normally would be free whenyou build a bowl or burrito. We get salsa on the side cause we share. I was informed by the checkout girl of a Social mediatrend on the sides. I guess people are getting free food in side portion. I didn't know and didn?t care about social mediatrends. Charging people without notice for stuff that?s been free, is criminal. After speaking to checkout girl twice an then amanager we received a refund. Normally, not going to cry over $6, but thought it was wrong. I was surprised by how friendly and accommodating the staff at this location were. Around 2:45, I made an online order, and when... I arrived to pick it up (5-10 mins after order time was due), the order was not on the shelf. I waited by the shelves, thinkingit was next in line to put together. After 2-3 minutes, an employee asked what order I was waiting for, he checked the bags, sawit wasn?t there, and asked who put it together. Apparently, someone made the order, but a bold heathen walked off with it. Thestaff apologized profusely and a young woman made the order again. I had ordered a burrito bowl and side, and when the ordercame up, it was a wrapped burrito. No big deal, but definitely not my specific order. I got a free drink for my troubles, which,in my starving state, was greatly appreciated while I waited for my food. I would give this location another try for sure. Read more

Always love chipotle. Food is good. However the staff were completely rude today. They told me they were understaffed so I could... only order online. Not a problem. But they were not nice at all. I came to this location to pick up a door dash order around 8:15pm. A gentleman walked in a few minutes after me to place a take... out order. As I waited, I noticed that none of the employees acknowledged the guy. There was no else in line. Finally, the guywho appeared to be very frustrated left. What was appalling, was when the gentleman left the male employee just shrugged hisshoulders. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I LOVE Chipotle this is the worst I have ever had. Rice was crunchy. Everything was cold. Order extra beans and there was hardly... any beans in the bowl I ordered,. I am so angry. Food came in the wrong foil label wrappers , Food NOT accurate, Food Late !! Tortillas completely ripped / not... wrapped / sloppy. Called to correct my order and they ignore phone calls !! Aren?t suppose to close until 10pm but weren?tanswering calls before 9:30 pm !
