This location has not hit the taste of chic fil a. We have tried here several times and left a little disappointed each time.... Although staff is always upbeat. I really enjoy chic fil a and hope this location can nail its signature taste's in the nearfuture. Read more

Not including MSG in their food, they have the worst hours and are never opened! They open late, close early and are always... closed when you want to eat there Sundays! Plus way too expensive for the small amounts of food they give you! Never again! Read more

I have placed dozens of online orders at this location for my whole office (approx 30 people) and never had any issues. Today... (9/17/22) the manager on duty would not allow me to place this order with 2+ hours notice. It seems odd that the restaurantwould turn away a $300 order with hours of notice after accepting that order so many times in the past. Read more

Dining room closes randomly all the time (leaving a horrendous slow moving drive thru line). They blame it on labor shortage... but the one on county line seems to have no problem staffing their store. Every time I arrive to a closed dining room, I justgo there instead. Read more

Honestly I used to love Chick fil A but this restaurant has ruined that forever. This restaurant is routinely dirty, the... employees are rude, and the managers seem disorganized. I used to eat chick-fil-a 3 times a week but moving to Greenwood Villagehas ruined that. Last time I went in, Jessica was incredibly rude and my food was cold and wrong. This isn?t the first time I?vehad a problem here. Almost every time I come in, there?s an issue. I?ve also had issues with Craig and a few others. I don?tknow who allowed someone to franchise this location but the owner is obviously incompetent and needs to find a new line of work.I just don?t know how the standards of service are so much worse at this location than anywhere else in Denver. I will never becoming back. I?ll be telling others the same. Also I?ve heard rumors that this location routinely violates Colorado Labor lawsby shortening required breaks and not giving enough breaks. I hope they get sued at this point. The owner is obviously just herefor an easy profit without actually caring or investing in the restaurant. Read more

I spent over $20 on 2 meals. I get home and I was given a water instead of a soda. I called the store to get help and after... spending 10 minutes trying to navigate their phone system, I was told their customer service support was closed. I dialed itagain and finally found a prompt to get me a person on the phone. I was told I needed a receipt or they wouldn?t be able to findmy order. After finding the receipt the ?manager? told me I could drive back to the store to get my drink. I told her I?m homeand I really don?t want to waste the gas driving back. She said they can refund the money to my card. I agreed. Then I was toldthey can?t refund it to my card; they can only refund the entire order, which she was clear they were not going to do. Whysuggest it? She said I can get a refund on the drink the next time I?m there. I asked her why does she assume I would go backafter this kind of experience??? There are 2 other locations the same distance from where I live. I told her the experience isruined. I wanted a soft drink, which is why I got a meal. I suggested she provide something else to make up for the badexperience. I used to get free chicken sandwiches all the time in Utah because of all the money I used to spend there and I?vespent a lot of money at that store over the summer. She said that?s not an option. I asked to speak to another manager and shesaid she is the only manager on shift and no one else is available. I asked for the owner?s phone number, because Chick Fil Aposts that info at there stores. She then asked if I wanted to speak to another manager so I pointed out that she just told methere was no other manager in the store and that the owner?s number will be fine. She gave me the owner?s email address. There?smore to customer service than trying to correct what was incorrect on the order. That location?s approach to fixing theirmistake after I was home was horrible. I?ll never go back to that location again! Read more

Good place better to order in store than waiting on line for drive thru. Staff is really friendly and they will help you get... your order ASAP. Will assist you with order as well for the good representative. This is my 5th time and will continue visitingas long as I am near by. Read more

Would love to give it 5 stars, as staff is very friendly, and service, drive through, is very quick. However, on occasion,... utensils are not placed in the bag, and customers are forced to come back inside to get them. As you can imagine, it's difficultto shift/remove multiple items in a bag while in the drive through (soup), that could potentially spill. Looking forward tocoming back, and when this becomes more consistent, I would be happy to update my review. (Acknowledging that I edited it) Read more
