I purchased the worst Tuna Sub ever from Thiis Subway store in Greenwood SC. It was mainly a Bread sandwich with traces of Tuna... three strips of red onion. Two shreds of lettuce a paper thin piece of Tomato and Air.! The staff did not even accept a Subwayadvertised coupon I received in the mail that day.!!! I asked why they would not accept the coupon ? They indicated that theirstore could not accept coupons Because the owner of the store instructed them not to.!!!! These three young Hispanic serverswere not properly trained for the tasks they were performing in the public. I asked if they were truly part of the Subway storeFranchise? Neither of the three could positively say that they or the store was part of the stores Franchise. The colors all say?(Subway)?.!!!! But the operation cannot be real.!!!! The Franchise name is most definitely being negatively affected byoperations such as this. This needs to be corrected or the Name of the Franchise needs to be removed. Poorly operated in deed. This is a good Subway. The staff is friendly and are want to make sure your sandwich is just the way you want it. The vegetables... are fresh and a good selection to choose from. Read more
I can say that I absolutely loved my food from here this day/time I ate here.. We went through the drive thru on this particular... visit and store that we stopped at this day/time... Everything here was most definitely excellent and a great, wonderfulexperience, I loved it.. The service was great and was great speed, service time for a drive thru as well.. The employee wasextremely friendly and polite, she actually got my food correct and done right.. The prices were good and I just really enjoyedthis time experience and my food... I will have no problem with going back and eating here again.. Great, excellent tastingmeats, cheese, and fresh vegetables... Employee's here very friendly, pilot, and greet you as suppose to.. Dont let google fool you because it says that they are open for dine in but i have tried to go in on multiple occasions at... different hours and they have the doors locked and they want you to use the drive thru which i don't know about you but i wannasee them make my sandwich so i can request more or less of something i would call and report them closing the dinning roomearlier or never even opening it but i don't know how and the sign on the door says 10 pm they also could care less about thecustomer rather be on their phones Read more

Great food. Awful service. At least today, girls were very un-helpful, barely answering any questions anyone had about the menu,... oh don't dare ADD to your order; horrible customer service. If you are in customer service you must know that Customers don'twork there, so yes there may be some redundant questions YOU should know the answers to. We go to conveniently PURCHASE food -with MONEY that helps write YOUR paycheck. Sorry ass attitudes, if i go again and the same crew is there, i will walk right backout.
