O'Charley's has a Nice Atmosphere and I Must Say that I have NEVER BEEN SERVED a BAD DINNER PLATE . Almost Everything You are... looking for is at O'Charley's. They have mixing drinks and about any kind that suits your taste . They have a Very nice dessertmenu as well . SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT AND I ENJOY this place VERY MUCH. THANKS ! Read more
Enjoyed our meal with just what we wanted. GOOD food for lunch and carry some home for supper. Also a very friendly... waitress. Got there about 1 pm and had less than a ten minute wait to get a table on a Sunday, I think that is great. Read more
The food was great. The waitress was very sweet. After we got our drinks and appetizers we had to wait an hour before we got... served. It was no big deal because me and my friend were sitting there talking and didn't realize it at 1st. Just as we werestarting to wonder why everybody else was eating except us The waitress came up and told us there was a problem there was aproblem with the entry of the order the order and she would give us a discount for waiting. The manager came up to the table andapologized and said the waitress forgot to put our ordering pushes very busy. They offered a Complimentary dessert for this.Honest mistake. O'Charleys...Well we were ignored for the first 10 min then finally seated. Our server Elyse was sweet and on top of things for... the most part. Although when we were asked about our food she immediately got the manger who looked really put out. ( Mind youour meals were 18.99 plus) offered a discount. Which would have been fine except he just took off the appetizer that we alreadygot free for signing up. Then Elyse told us that he comped our free appetizer instead and said we could use it next time. Therewill be no next time and we are from out of state. They ended up taking off the 4.99 kids meal instead of comping for the messedup inedible steak and tenders meals. Overall not a great experience but the stray cat outside is eating well currently. If youwant overpriced cat food, Id come here. Follow up Food causes gastrointestinal distress and diarrhea. Read more
