Skipped my order when I got to the window she said my order wasn't there, told her it's not my problem I just ordered. She went... to get 3 other staff members like what were they going to do jump on me ???? very unprofessional and rude staff again it wasn'tmy problem but I still tried to be polite and told them what I ordered and still got the nasty rude treatment. Ticket number 26on 10/13/22. You guys really need to clean house at this location people are tired of the rude staff. Read more

Walked into the lobby and ordered food on the kiosk. After sitting down, Destiny yelled from the kitchen that the lobby was... closed. Other people were already eating in the "closed" lobby. Asked for a refund for my food that they refused to give me andthey told me that they couldn't give one and I'd have to do it through the app that I never used. First of all I've been going to this McDonald's for about a year now and today was the first time EVER EEVVEERR that I got a pie... with my large meal, nobody even told me that that was a thing, I've never even been offered at any other McDonald's. Kudos onthat!!! Next and last thing, next time someone orders a large meal can you plz make sure the fries aren't cold and that it is aactual large ???? and not a medium ???? a large carton. Thanks.
