I ordered pizza online to pick up. First of all, their hours on the door and online say they close at 10, however when I went to... pickup my pizza at 9:22 the door was locked and they would not respond to me knocking. I called them and told them I had apick-up order. They got it from the pickup portal while I'm at the door and instead of unlocking the door and just handing it tome they told me to go through the drive-thru, even though I was standing right there and they weren't supposed to be closed.This wasn't the end to the issue though, they didn't even cut my pizza when I didn't choose the no cut option. I've work in thefood industry for several years and so I understand somethings. I understand the want to close early, but if you have digitalpickup orders the door should not be locked until the clock hits 10 and if they are that should be stated on Google. If theguest is standing at the door they shouldn't have to get back in their car and drive around. I didn't see anyone above the ageof roughly 21 so it felt like the manager had left the closing to the workers so they closed the place early to avoid workinguntil 10. Read more
this location will not donate any left over pizzas to shelters. manager throws them in the dumpster. this was not the case at... the old location near Publix but at new location. The old location was donating to Faith Home, Second Chance Ministries, Pathway Homeless Shelter....tried to get Jerry at corporate to check why and he will never call me back and now won't answer the phone.will never order from this location ever again....manager is so rude.
