I pulled in at 1015 to get breakfast I get out the car to go in the door its locked. I get back in my car and get in line it... takes 15 mins to get the orders for the two cars in front. When I finally make it to the order box. Nothing is said and I waitabout 5 mins and then say hello. A rude lady then proceeds to tell me that they are super busy on the inside and that's what'staking so long. Which is funny cause the door is locked so how can people be inside. Then 5 mins after that she finally take myorder. I pull forward and surprise no one is inside.. She asks me my order again which is two sausage biscuits. But some howforgot in the 10 secs it took me to drive to the window. As I'm sitting there waiting on my food a customer tries to enter andno surprise it's locked. I wait 15 more mins for two sausage biscuits. It took a total of about 40 mins for me to get twosausage biscuits this is not fast food smh. Needless to say I will never visit this hardees again and will be warning others notto go. This is not the 1st time that this has happened. Read more

Left before I ate. Went to the men's room and the smell was unbelievable bad. Looked like it hadn't been clean in a days. Went... to the counter to place order to go and the counter area reeked of 'pot smell' from cashier and two women standing there talkingto her. I turned around and left. No one out if the 4 ladies that were working were in any hurry to actually help customers nor each other it was disappointing... considering I've worked breakfast at Hardee's for years and the way they were working I'm sure upper management would also bedisappointed in their crew honestly more training and teamwork would go a long way waited almost 30 min for 2 biscuits and 2drinks Read more

I usually go to another location of Hardee's in town , but today I stopped by here. The Restaurant was Clean and Everyone there... seemed friendly and paid attention to our needs .
