Don't know about food quality, couldn't get anyone to take an order.Told it would be 5 min. to be seated 30 min. later seated.... Said waitress would be there and never did get anyone to take my order after about another 30 minutes so I left. Read more

Yes 1-star - I had to dig in my pants pocket just find a star to give them. Absolutely horrible visit. Upon arriving, the... parking lot was not even 1/2 full. We walk in and the hostess tells us that there is about a 15 minute wait. Half of thereatuarant is empty! 10 minutes goes by and we get seated in the 1st section in the middle of the floor. I politely ask if wecan have one of the tables nearer the wall/windows. The hostess informs that the section is closed. Side note - I don't likesitting out in the middle of the if possible. I asked the hostess why the 10 minute wait if there are so many empty tables.Says that they are short-staffed. As she walked off she said sarcastically that they were taking applications and I could applyif I so desired. This pretty much set the tone for the remainder of our visit. The waitress came and took our order andbrought some nice fresh/hot biscuits. About 5 min went by and the hostess seated a couple in the area that we asked for thatwas supposedly closed. Not good customer relation building at all. We got our food - standard cracker barrell food and thenpaid and left. Left not happy at all. I had to fight to give them any stars at all. :( Read more
Always have good food, with great service, and there syrup is absolutely ???? delicious. I just hate going there because it's... always freezing cold. I am a hot natured person on any average day, so if I say it's cold, believe me it's cold. Other thanthat, everything was great. Read more

We (a party of 2) seated at a timely manner since they were slow and the girl who came to get our drink orders seems lovely at... first. Then after she got our orders, she disappeared for twenty minutes. Not once were we checked up on or told why our foodwas taking so long. Then she brings us our food, and since she never checked up on us, tells us they ran out of strawberry syrupand just picked a flavor to substitute. Maybe if she had checked up on us I would?ve told her what I wanted in place of thestrawberry flavor but I wasn?t going to risk her disappearing for another ten minutes for syrup. The food was good though anddidn?t disappoint. Then we waited another ten minutes for our check which was ridiculous given she was only serving TWO tables.To top it off, as we were leaving, she was extremely rude and had no manners.
