Horrible service. Only person in line been over 35 mins still haven't taken my order
Ordered the bbq 1/2 chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw okra, a honey biscuit and a lemonade. The Staff was very... nice. The food was very good. I am a pretty patient person...This trip here, though! I attempted to get some lunch today. Waited about 17 minutes before a... second cashier opened up. She, who I think was the manager, helped one customer and left the machine to fulfill the order. Afternearly 5 more minutes, and her not coming back to assist the now 2 lines, of which I had turned to be in her line now, I gotimpatient. With that, I asked the lady who had her order taken, yet still incomplete sitting on the counter without the mashedpotatoes or the drink, was there someplace else nearby to eat. I was informed that I could "go across the river" and find moreplaces. Krystal looked like it was closed, but I saw a car in the drive thru after passing. I went to Burger King to try theirCh'King. Not the greatest, bit I was hungry. By the time I passed this place again, the man that moved into mynppsition when Iturned the line sideways away from the door...was JUST now at the register! I don't know how the food or biscuits taste, butdon't expect prompt service. I should have left when the previous lady in front of me left! All I wanted to do was try theroasted chicken. Disorganized confusion. My husband ordered 3 chicken sandwiches. He waited 27 minutes while a stream of other people came and... went with theirs. He finally had to complain to the manager. Sadly, they were not very tasty, a real disappointment! Read more
the food was good, but the service was very slow. They didn't have napkins for lids for the cups. And there was something... dripping from the ceiling onto customers. So if they could just work on the customer service part I will definitely give themfor five stars. But the chicken is always crispy and the biscuits are to die for. Read more
