I am not from this area and stopped by drive-thru to get a chili with cheese then went back to work nearby. Opened my chili and... there is mold on the cheese! I was so mad and didn't go back to complain cause my lunch was over. I called there number and noone answered, call just gets dropped after a minute. I didn't even want to give a star but it's the only way I can leave areview. I just hope everyone else looks at their meal thoroughly before eating it and then getting sick. Read more

25 to 30 minutes in the drive thru and after waiting way to long for no reason, there was 2 girls standing up front doing... nothing but leaning on the counter. Finally get to the window and order was not right at all and what I did get was ice cold.My LAST time there ever. Read more

This was the worst Wendy's. Service was awful. We went through drive through, they were serving one customer at a time, making... people wait. They forgot one of the sandwiches so I went in. The kid told me the dining area was closed even though I walked in.I had to tell him several times he forgot something, and his response several times was the dining room was closed. When I wentin, the guy at the fryer was on his cellphone not in uniform, no hairnet, gloves etc. I love Wendy's but this is not tolerated. Read more

Horrible customer service. Told to pull around then they just forgot about me. Had to knock on the locked door for them to bring... me my food out. On top of that, they messed my order up. Would NOT recommend. Will definitely be going to another Wendy?s Read more

Went here with my dad for some lunch was excited to get a pretzel pub chicken sandwich and my dad wanted chili. Well we ordered... on the kiosk as instructed by the kid at the front. When we were done ordering the kid at the front who didn?t seem to care atall informed us that there was no chili after we had already paid and gave us no instructions on what to do even though wealready paid for it instead he walked away and gave no solution. At that point my dad was quite upset at the rudeness of thestaff and both the managers gave no good solutions or any ?I?m sorry? they did not care what so ever. I understand this day inage it?s hard to find good help but you should of had a sign saying no chili instead of someone paying for it and then tellingthem after the fact. My wife and I ordered at the kiosk at this Wendy's on a Sunday evening about 7:30pm as a "to go" order. The kiosk offered the... new strawberry frosty so we ordered two of them with our meals. When our order came out there were two vanilla frosties. Weasked about the strawberry frosties and were told that the don't offer strawberry. We said they were offered at the kiosk. Theyoung man behind the counter wanted to argue and blame us, was downright rude, and will hopefully be reprimanded for his lack ofcustomer service skills. We won't go back. Read more

I wish I could give half a star because this place is absolutely terrible. They just gave my 4 year old spicy nuggets! Now I... have a crying still hungry child. This is not the first time they have messed our order up. People just don't care anymore. Read more

My wife waited in line for over 25 minutes as they were taking / filling 1 order at a time. When she got home we were missing... items, this is a regular occurrence for this location over the last few years. Plus they don?t give receipts to make it harderfor customer care to track. Read more
