Worst service possible when ordering takeout. I love the food, but never get it in a timely manner. They left my order sitting... out for 10 minutes, and when I asked about it, I got no response. Look, the food is delicious ????. HOWEVER, their approach to serving is disorganized. The people work hard; they're all in plain... view. But they're working online orders, walk-in orders and all of food delivery people. It's too much for such a small staff. Ilike ???? this place, but I hope they figure this out. I had a buy to get one free of equal or lesser value coupon that specifically says you can get any size sub-free right on it. I... ordered four sandwiches. Three of them were large and one was a medium. Their system automatically discounted the cheapestsandwich instead of doing equal value. I brought it to their attention and they said that's the way it is and there's nothingthey can do about it. It's silly. It means that I have to play games and place my orders separately so that I can force them todiscount the right thing. Read more
Used to work there for about 4 months. Bread comes in plastic bags and they are all stiff and shi, we yelled fresh bread... whenever we would bring it out so people thought it was truly fresh. The grill was rarely ever cleaned and there is greaseeverywhere. Badly ran place Read more
