Walked in to pick up an order, but refused to move forward, bcus I noticed unsanitary things such as hair being all over the... employees heads which could potentially get in someone?s food, touching and wiping their nose and face while preparing orders.With everything that is going on today with illness ALL establishments should require their employees to wear gloves andhairnets or caps! We ordered pizza and bread sticks for delivery. The pizza we did receive was good, and we have received good pizza from here... before, but they forgot the bread sticks. When I called to have the bread sticks removed from our bill I was told they couldn'tdo that but we would be eligible for free bread sticks next time we order. I highly doubt I'll be getting free bread stickswithout an argument so we simply won't be ordering from here ever again. Read more
Very disappointed. We received cold pizza that was burnt, burnt garlic knots and burnt cheese sticks. They did not deliver my... sauces I had paid for. After complaining,I received an email getting 20% off my next order. Seriously? I will not spend anotherdime on Papa John's. And no refund offered on my sauces I paid for. ???? Read more

Went to pick up pizza in store. The phone rang right as I was opening the door and the young gal didn?t acknowledge that I was... there, didn?t smile or greet me, didn?t say ?I?ll be with you in a moment, NOTHING! I waited 11 minutes before she got off thephone. During my wait, after about 7 minutes the manager walked across the front and said. ?What?s the name??, picked it out ofwarmer shelf and put it on the corner and said ?she?ll ring you up??(the one on the phone ignoring me). I noted during my waitthat the pizza maker had long curly, unkept care, half hat band style with hair fluffy around it and shaking it. Wow! Where isthe Board of Health at? What is this?!?! Pizza toppings gs not equally distributed. Cheese not present in each slice, and the slices are so uneven that... its laughable. My other pizza which I didnt take a pic of I had to finish cutting as it wasnt even properly cut. Only savinggrace is the taste and the driver was friendly. I'd like to give them one more try, but honestly it's likely I will not. Read more
I've posted a picture of the pizza I ordered from papa johns today. The cheese and the sauce don't even cover the whole pizza.... Not sure if you can tell by the picture but the pizza tasted like the dough was a day old. Pizza crust should have a crumblycrunch to it. The pizza also took over an hour and a half to deliver. When I called an hour into the wait I was told the pizzawas on its way, but 10 minutes later I received a notice saying that door dash just picked up the order. If you can't handle theamount of orders you receive please just tell me. I would rather just not get papa johns than receive this quality of serviceagain. Disappointed for sure, is covered in so much bbq sauce that the pizza won't stay together. This would be okay if I ask extra... sauce but we didn't. What a mess!!! Read more
