Waited in the drive thru line for about 10 minutes which isn?t bad for lunch rush. But got home to find our entire order is... wrong. Supposed to be 10 pc nuggets with honey mustard and a quarter pounder bacon and cheese and 2 md fries. Got 20 nuggetswith ranch, Big Mac and one fry. Read more
Believe the negative reviews. Breakfast manager before 9 am is awesome and runs things efficiently. Everything lunch and later... is a nightmare. Latest issue is any special order is wrong and piles up. Half the food gets cold while they wait on everythingelse. If your kid has a special order on the hamburger and it gets put in a happy meal box and there are a few sitting there, itwill be hit or miss on whether you get the right one because they aren't printing the order tag for the outside of the box untillater... then an order can sit there and queue up until the runner decides to drop off 3 or 4 orders on the pick up counter.I've had meat missing from sandwiches, cheese missing, cold fries that sit there in a bag while waiting on the sandwich, wrongorders given to me... SOMEBODY NEEDS TO TRAIN THE EMPLOYEES ON BEST PRACTICE TO NOT MESS UP ORDERS AND GET THINGS OUT TIMELY. Read more
Cold, slowwww expensive food now. 25 employees. They could get the same results with 5. Fire 20 lower price of food. Then when I... get a cold big mac that takes forever(I can get a med well steaks at Texas roadhouse faster) the $3 cost isn't as bad as $6. Read more
Normally don't have an issue with this location. However today I asked for a plane fish sandwich well done. Went through the... drive-thru checked my sandwich before I left and found that there was cheese on it. Meaning that that is not plain. Had to go inand talk to them about it and about the items that were missing from my order. Got told by a worker that if I don't wantanything on my sandwich that I need to specify each item such as tartar sauce or cheese to be removed. If I say plain, thatmeans plain!! I drive home after a long day of work, it's 12:40 am, and all I want is a burger before bed. I order a quarter pounder with... cheese and bacon. Get home, open my box, and they forgot the quarter pound of burger that went with my quarter poundburger. The child who answered the phone said they would remake my order if I drove back now at 1:00 am. I should not have todrive to McDonald's at 1:00 in the morning to right their wrong. This is the quality of service you can expect from McDonald's.Do NOT expect to get what you ordered, do NOT expect your food to be edible, do NOT expect competent employees, do NOT expectanything but disappointment and shame. Order was incorrect. Gave us the wrong food in the attempt to correct our order. After I had stuck my hand in the bag to check... it. They demanded that I hand It back through the window before giving me what I had ordered. They then gave the food that Ihad touched to the car behind me. Disgusting. Read more
Every time I go here I swear it?s 20 minutes. They always hire the most chill relaxed staff. Never in a hurry. Sandwiches are... halfway built. I live 1 mile from this one yet I drive 10 more minutes to another location. They mess up orders and I don?t evencomplain. I gotta mc rib meal and they over loaded the sauce so much it made all the bottom bun to wet n sloppy to pick up and eat and... too sweet. I told them 4 times unsweetened tea I can't have sugar they gave me sweet tea. The rib sandwich was not even warm andthe onion on it was like the outer part with skin in it gross. Only thing decent were the gold fries. Rib meal is over $9 withjust medium fries large tea. I can go to any of 8 diners I know and eat a cheeseburger MEAL for under 8 bucks and it's good, orany neighborhood bar n grill for lunch for only 8 bucks and ten times better people check them out people are nice and foodcheap n GREAT....
