Always hot and delicious! Honest about delivery time expectations. We have raised two generations on it now!

on august 8th we ordered a pizza. They put all the ingredients on one side instead of how we ordered. My wife contacted them and... they claimed we would get another pizza when we next ordered. The next day I called to order and the female who answered checkedand did not see anything like what we were told. I told her I was a long time customer. She finally said "we can't just giveaway pizza. I don't feel like we were treated correctly, and as a long time customer It is bad I will no longer use them asthere are alot of pizza companies aroung. First they have changed the marinara sauce to a cheaper grade. In less than a year the same order is almost 10 dollars more.... Tasted horrible, gobs of cheese in the middle, looked bad and tasted bad. They messed it up to many times..never going back. Read more

Order from here at least 2-3 times a month & spend $49 @ the centergrove location! Last order was wrong & they gave us $30... credit! 1st time in years it has happened! So tonight we call to use it and they dont have record.... even said the last time weordered was 2/19! Well I order online & i see several for 2019 when I log on but it says last order 12/27/19 but they dont seethe same thing I'm seeing! So we want to talk to someone! a refund! because we will never order there again! Basically wascalled a liar!! You cant lie what's showing in the computer!! I even offered to show what's on my order history! Just rude!!Wouldnt even give us his name!! Manager needs to learn customer service!! We are sad we have to find another favorite pizzaplace!! We drive from Martinsville if that dosnt tell you how much we loved it there but I wont order any where that showsconflicting Info!! Save your money!! Go to Bob's to your door!!
